They came through in a last minute pinch! Agreed to put together an arrangement for a celebration of life event happening the very next day from the time of order. We were told they could put name on ribbon so we were excited by that! Nearly $250 later, but pleased to have something for the event. Sadly some of the letters in the name had already fallen off of the ribbon and flowers on display were not as vibrant and fresh as you'd expect for the cost. Much of the green styrofoam was showing so it was equally not as full of flowers as expected-it turned out to be a very costly afterthought! We would have thought the last minute arrangement was the reason for shabby craftsmanship, but an arrangement that was ordered way before the event also came with flowers that appeared to be not fresh and vibrant and it literally was mostly dead just two days following . We appreciate the customer service but the attention to detail could be improved upon! read more

I received a voice message around noon on Valentine's Day about a flower delivery. I called back about 30 minutes later and told them I was not at home. They said they were only open until 4:30 and could not leave the flowers outside because of the cold. I offered to pick them up on my way home and did so. I transported them in plastic wrap in my car 2 blocks to my house and placed them in a well lit room away from any air vents. The lilies in my arrangement started to brown and wilt on Wednesday, so on Thursday I just removed and discarded them. By Friday I noticed the miniature roses in the arrangement were dying also. Of note, I had been keeping the oasis water brick moist. They did not dry out. I called Forget-Me-Knot Saturday to talk to someone. The lady was extremely rude and defensive, insisted that there was nothing wrong with her flowers, and added that Valentine's Day was the worst day of the year to get flowers from suppliers. I expected a civilized conversation and maybe an apology. I thought they might offer to freshen up what I had left with something they maybe had in stock. Instead I was just pretty much told I should have called sooner, it was probably my fault and I should be happy they lasted a week. I will never go back there. read more

I just called from out of state. Long story short: I live in California and my friend moved to Montana over a year ago, i've visited but she is basically a reporter who lives out there by herself. For her birthday I wanted to do something sweet so I called and Julie answered the phone. Julie was an incredibly helpful and sweet individual and made the process so easy. I was able to tell her how much I wanted to spend and they had the flowers delivered the same day. I spoke with Forget Me Not requesting balloons for my 1 year old grandson after he had a medical procedure. I chose them because I was told they could deliver the balloons. They did not deliver as promised. In fact the balloons were delivered to my daughter's office the following day. I had given them all my information, but no one called, texted, or e mailed me to say it wouldn't be possible to deliver, which I felt was very inconsiderate. read more

Worst customer service EVER! I called on 1/23 at 4:00 pm requesting delivery made on 1/24 by 11:00 am. The 24th was my deceased mother's birthday and the 1st birthday my dad would be without her in 61 years. I wanted him to get flowers the day of her birthday. Julie took my order and said flowers would be there by 11:00 am. Nobody said the flowers were delivered so I called and left a message at 9:09 am on 1/27/2020. No call back. So I called again at 10:03 am. left message. I received a call from Julie at 10:08 on the 27th. I asked why the flowers had not been delivered? Julie claimed she tried to call my parents phone but nobody answered? So she never delivered the flowers. I have never dealt with a florist who "CALLS" the person before a delivery is to be made. AS you can imagine I was more than upset. We exchanged words and Julie said she would credit me and she hung up on me. She called back and said I should have told her about my mother's passing.... WHY???? would it have made a difference in the service? All I asked was the flowers that I paid for be delivered before 11:00 am on the 24th. That didn't happen. I had my brother go to my parents house and check for phone calls. Yes Julie did call as she claimed. AT 12:06 pm. Over an hour after the time I requested the flowers. My father wasn't home. That's why I wanted them delivered earlier. Julie never made an effort to take any responsibility for the poor service. Just that she had called and nobody answered or returned her call. PLEASE!!!!! never use them for any flower needs. Julie is a liar and she sucks at taking care of people! read more
