I've been going to Man Shop for the past 3 years. My experience has always been amazing. The staff is always nice and makes you feel comfortable upon coming in. They are really business and operate on a waitlist system. Most people who leave the bad reviews or do not like man shop is because they are impatient. If you want a quality haircut that is detailed Man Shop is worth the wait. The past 3 years of going I never sat down and felt like I was on a timer for the next person to get in the chair. I am very particular about my hair and I never leave disappointed. If you really don't mind the wait, I would request for Alanna. She's been cutting my hair the entire 3 years, she's amazing. So this is not the review I wanted to put, but I have to! first off the 2 is for the service my son in law (S*I*L) received, and how the lady that put us in the computer put me on the list. first off when I came in I NEVER-EVER asked for a specific person, when the lady put me in the system along with my (S*I*L's) now I am jumping all over to WHY I think she did this, okay so my (S*I*L) had to be at work at 4:30 so I let him jump in front of me, and the guy that took him DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING, he totally messed up my (S*I*L's) hair big time ‍ I felt bad and I felt like it was my fault cause I let him get in front of me, then CONNER was done with his client, he looked at the computer I thought he was going to call my name but he didn't he called to a another client that came after us Conner said he was next so at this time I went to desk to tell Conner, I was before the guy and he apologized and looked at the computer and said "oh im sorry it said you was waiting for a specific person and that was the guy that took my (S*I*L'") I said No I don't care who I see" he apologized again and said to the person I'm sorry she was before you I didn't see that and he took me to his chair and he did amazing job just like KARI did the first time, but over all the lady literally tried to make me see the worst barber ‍ why idky. so for now on I hope I am sitting in Kari's & Conner's chair! so my review is how the lady tried sitting me with the worst barber and that he messed up my son in laws hair. I spent $90 and with my son in laws hair it should have just been free it was choppy and razor burns, some long pieces left and didn't know anything about his hair type/texture, and the barber didn't even make the cut look anything like the photo he shared with him, and what's messed up the barber kept going to a lady that was doing my other son in laws hair asking questions which she also made my other son in laws hair crooked with the clippers also i get that the barber was probably new at this but the manager should have not let him touch anyone's hair with clippers/scissors till he knows what his doing, but anyways after my son in laws haircut he wasn't pleased with the cut and I wasn't either so we had to find another place that could fix his hair. I didnt think about talking to the manager of the issue cause what they going to do glue his hair back on The moral of my review is how the lady putting me to the most bad barber, and NOT ASKING me at all if I wanted to see him, the barber that was supposed to be mine messed up my S-I-L's hair. I DO NOT like WRITING/TYPING bad reviews but this was not good service at all for my son-in-law'z. and what I don't get is why the lady assuming I wanted to see the barber she put me down to see. NOT ONCE did I hear her ask me if I wanted to see a specific barber. I never met the lady this day was the first time I seen her and for her to do what she did was not right at all. For the barber not knowing any knowledge of cutting hair and absolutely ruining my son-in-law's hair is upsetting. I've gone to the shop one time before this and it was an amazing experience. The two barbers that did my hair and my sons was amazing. for now on I'm only gonna have us see the two barbers only. That's if I don't get banned from going here for writing/typing this review, I just wanted to let other people know make sure that the barber is who you want to see OR if you don't care please make sure they are suitable and are knowledge of the cut your wanting, I didn't get his name "the horrible barber" I wish I did and I wish I got the name of the lady that checked me in... Forgive me to the rest of the Crew at this Company please forgive me, this been bothering me so I had to get it off my chest. I spent $90 plus tip and the haircut my son in law got was not right and for the lady assuming I wanted to see the horrible barber. My huge apologies to Kari & Conner, you guys are amazing and to the other barbers i want to apologize to you all too this has nothing against you all. A great Barbershop to go to. I just walked in and was surprised they had an opening do to the current epidemic. A lovely lady by the name of Alexa greated me, signed me in, walked me to the cutting station, and come to find out... she was my barber too. It was a quick cut that i needed. I was in town from California, where all Barbershops and salons were closed for a second time, for my mom's memorial. Not gonna get into that subjust but Alexa heard my story and gave lots of love and sympathy for what inwas going through. She listened to everything i was saying. An amazing listener. When things settle down and hopefully i go back to my step-dad's place in Montana. I hope to travel into the city of Great Falls and book an Appointment with Alexa... Much Mahalos. Ryan read more

Would not recommend, got a total hack job. Wait time was a lot. They were super cool but had to go somewhere else and get my hair cut way shorter than expected. They missed a lot of spots on my head when doing the fade, missed spots on my eyebrows when waxing and the wax job took forever and was fiddling with the wax which hurt you know. Just not a place I'd recommend unless you don't care at all what you look like. read more

2 out of 3 haircuts have been very good. Other was the worst I've ever received. Wait time has been a little longer than quoted each time.
