Quality/Quantity - The major mall and attraction in this city. This review will not do this place…read morejustice as it is a must visit when in town. Also, you must visit the neighboring parks, business, attractions, and restaurants. Huge shopping center. Has everything from inexpensive to expensive shopping. A ridiculous amount of eating establishments, again from inexpensive to expensive. Atmosphere - Well location, easy access from the train or buses. 213 stores 91 options for dining, see pictures. Events, bowling, batting cages, bars with music, cinema, gaming arenas, casino, etc. Open 7 days a week. I am sure there is also easy parking, but we took the train which was very easy. Service - Depends on where you shop and eat. Price - Depends on where you shop and eat. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your worldwide success.

Woooow! This mall is HUGE and gorgeous. I'm not really a big mall shopper, but I would definitely…read morecome here often if I lived nearby. This is one of the largest shopping malls in all of Europe and I can totally see why. With over 350 stores and almost 2 million square feet of retail floor space, a shopaholic could go mad in here! I mean, can you imagine? Each time walking in here to explore a different store. I'm a makeup addict, and the first thing that I noticed was that this mall had a Morphe store! They don't have too many Morphe stores in my area, and this one was one of the largest that I've ever seen. I also went into the NYX store which was big and beautiful. The store associates were so sweet! I think they knew that I wasn't from the UK, but they were still really nice. This mall also has a really large food court with tons of options. I found a cute little creperie there where I had breakfast one morning. The Stratford Station is walking distance from the entrance, and the pedestrian bridges make it so easy to access. This mall has everything from luxury retailers to department stores, financial institutions, high end tech shops and even grocery shops. It's gigantic. It's a bit out of the way from Central London but a dream for those who love to shop and explore. I would love to come back one day to explore more of their 300+ shops.

There are no Hugo Boss labels, and the stitching is NOT top quality - I am now in the process of chasing a refund, and contacting my local trading standards office

ICON Outlet at The O2 opened towards the end of 2018 and is a fairly exciting and unique concept of…read morehaving a decent-sized (211,000 square feet) Outlet mall built in the O2 Arena, of course, you have a Cineworld, the main O2 arena and multiple restaurants and coffee-shops on the lower floor but the Icon Outlet adds a twist to that. The ICON Outlet does also have a few stores including Nike and Adidas on the lower floor and I think they share the restaurants which are located below - as they are on both the arena and mall's website - but the restaurants were there before the Icon even existed so I'm not sure how that situation works. Many of the stores here are pretty small - most notably the Whittard store but they do have some fairly common house-hold names and designer brands from Ted Baker to Hotel Chocolat. Levi's to Moss Bros. Lindt to Tommy Hilfiger. (For a full list see my photo) Like the arena as the whole, the area was pretty modern and clean. Unlike most outlet stores, I found some of them to actually have higher prices than their highstreet counterparts. - bizarre. I don't really like Outlet malls but as far as this one goes it's A-OK - it isn't really worth a trip out to but if you want to kill some-time before watching a film or seeing a show at the O2, or if you're in the Greenwich area (North Greenwich Tube Station is just outside) it is a cool place to check-out to kill time.

W12 Shopping Centre for me is the older, ugly sister of Westfield London basically across the way,…read morelocated in the Shepherds Bush area of London, this mall has basically sunk into irrelevance being so close to the Westfield mall which opened in 2008, and has recently become Europe's largest shopping centre. The mall just doesn't have that nice, modern vibe, it feels old, quiet and a little run down, probably down to Westfield poaching most of the biggest brands across the way, there is a VUE cinema, a few banks and a small JD Sports (one of the few stores in the country to still have the old branding), but that's pretty much it. Most of the stores here also seem to be need of a little modernisation or improvement, including but not limited to Natwest, Santander (banks) and JD Sports. There aren't that many places to eat either, with the only big brands here being Pizza Express and Subway, there also is a Wetherspoons but that's basically a place for cheap, low-quality food and is more known for its' alcoholic beverages. Mainly the stores which remain are more "budget" stores or perhaps second-hand stores also including LIDL, CeX, Poundland and Savers. Perhaps a mall which was good in its' way, but it's been drawn into irrelevance since Westfield opened across the way, a small, old mall crying out with modernisation and for at least something unique warrants a one-star rating in my book.

They also have an opticians and photo processing services there. If you need a cup of coffee or a drink after shopping, there is a cafe upstairs where you can have lunch and relax. Before you go up, there are spaces where you can lock your trolley's up so you don't have to take it with you. Its got a pharmacy where you can pick up prescriptions or get necessary medications. The best thing is that it has recycling services. You can recycle all your used boxes and newspapers before heading into the store to shop. That is what I usually do. I can spend a lot of time there just looking around the foodstuff and clothing/home stuff, then head to the cafe for coffee with a friend and spend a whole afternoon there.

One man member of staff at the checkout refused to serve me saying his till was closed. But then he went and served the other customers. If that's not rude I don't know what is. Will be making a formal complaint about that shop assistant to management. Half the checkouts are closed and I cannot use the self service. So was made to queue for a hour before we finally got served. Forget this place. Much better off going to Salisbury or ASDA where you get a better service.
