When I was a college student at OU this was my favorite shop to visit. It's right next door to Casa Nueva (my favorite restaurant in Athens), and it was always hard for me to go in one door without going into the other. This adorable shop has a great assortment of clothing, jewelry, fun knick knacks, local goods, and more. I have a dried flower ring that's gotta be at least 10 years old and I still wear it all the time. I also have a few clothing items that I've held on to from here. Once this COVID is behind us, I can't wait to make a trip to Athens so I can visit this little corner of Court St. and explore this shop.

I just knew there had to be something special in there waiting for me! I opened the door and immediately noticed the large amount of inventory crammed into this little store. There was so much to choose from, I didn't even know where to start. No lie! I ended up starting towards the front of the room and eventually worked my way to the back. After browsing around for some time, I discovered everything from full tea sets to old photos, tons of jewelry, some awesome wall mirrors (with a touch of paint they'll be good as new!), records, and so much more! The fella that runs the placed is named Bob and he was so sweet. He has his nameplate on the desk next to the register, which made it really easy for me to know who to ask for when I was ready to check out. I assured him that I'll be back on Saturdays after the farmers market and he said he's almost always there (unless he's visiting Florida, haha). After about 15 minutes of looking around, I found a handful of cool jewelry pieces that I wanted. I ended up narrowing my option down to a really pretty blue pendant that simply needed a chain to be turned into a bohemian style necklace. For only a few dollars, I practically had a brand new piece of jewelry that could go with just about anything in my closet. Absolute score! I can truly say that I'm eager to make this a more regular stop on my weekend trips to the market. If I only looked around for fifteen minutes and found something good, just imagine what I could find with twenty, thirty, plus.

I had a bit of trouble finding it, today they did not have their sign out (I saw it folded up in the store), and google maps guided me a couple storefronts down. Keep looking. It's on sidewalk level and looks like a vintage store window.

From funky clothing and jewelry to home decor, art, and kitchenware, this place just screams hippie wonderland... Take me back to the 70's please! It was wonderful. Towards the back of the building is a mini record store and that's where they hooked me! My record collection is largely oldies thanks to my grandmother. Luckily, they had a good mix of music and I picked out a more recent album I knew I needed in my collection. The staff was friendly, the space was fun, I'll definitely be back!

Sadly, they were a bit too tight in the waist, even though the fit everywhere else was perfect. While I'm not overly fond of the pricing, I do understand it--because for the perfect, high-quality pair of vintage jeans, I'd absolutely pay the price. I didn't leave empty-handed though; I walked out with a super cool pair of sunnies that I'm obsessed with. Huge thanks to my lovely sweetheart for finding this gem of a store! This store specializes in vintage finds. they have furniture, glassware, jewelry, clothing, vinyl records, and a lot of other really cool pieces. You could spend a few hours in here, looking at everything they had. Their vintage clothing selection is quite extensive, although we both felt that the pieces were a bit overpriced. It was definitely a fun way to spend a few hours, but again we didn't spend any money because the clothing was so pricey. If you're looking for some unique vintage items this is definitely the place to look
