Don't waste you time making an appointment with these clowns. Steve was a jerk and it was a waste of my time. It must be nice to have such a healthy thriving business that you can simply decline to bid a job just because you think it'll be difficult. The layout of my house is very large with wall to wall carpets all through the second story, and many odd angles. When Steve took his first look, he expressed concern that the job would be a pain. He could not articulate his plan to fix the folds in my carpet. He became visibly flustered when I asked him a few questions about the techniques he would use. He then told me he couldn't even guarantee he could fix my carpet. I was clear when I told him we need the folds fixed, so he then declined to even estimate the job. Also he did not have any masks with him when he showed up, and he gave me attitude about wearing one. I guess you could say we started off on the wrong foot. Hard pass. Huge waste of time. read more

They also repaired and replaced my screens for additional $, but still very reasonable. I do not have carpet in my house, but this company would be called first for the job if I did have carpet. Maker and Company are great! I have used them now three years now to clean my windows and sliding glass doors . For some reason whenever I attempt to do them myself it looks like a five-year-old decided to finger paint with greasy fingers on them LOL. But , thankfully Maker and Co dose an amazing job !! Well.. I can say I m surprised to have read some negative comments for Maker company.. I have been using them for the past 5 years and I m extremely satisfied.. Steve goes out of it's way to help.. I did not know how to install an automatic dripper in the garden and he did it... The carpet are cleaned perfectly, he also washed and waxed my tiles in the hallway . Yesterday, he came and washed all my windows.. no complaint at all!! His prices are very reasonable too! I would recommend him without hesitation. read more

I have used Maker for years now and was quite offended with the poor comment below so I decided to offset it with my own. First, this is an unsolicited comment. Steve didn't ask me to write it. He has Erin Ayers phone you and set up his appointments. I have two rentals and he does all of my carpets and all of my window cleaning and he's spotless. He arrives on time and my windows were so shiny my neighbor asked me who did them. He is reasonable..$6 a pane, inside and out and he will wash your screens too. If they are big panes as mine are he charges $10 and panes that require ladders...but that is both sides!!! I got a 5 percent discount on being a repeat customer too. They don't always call the very next day but that is often with many small businesses...but they are not blowing you off. He always shakes my hand and says thank you for your business. Give them a try..he is wonderful and he so reasonably priced! read more

I am sooo glad that Steve from Maker Company blew me off yesterday!!! I found a fabulous new carpet cleaner. He did such a better job than Maker Company, who claimed for years that many of my carpet stains were permanent and could not be removed. Jason from Premier Carpet Cleaning really knows his stuff and got my carpets cleaner than they have been for years!! He vacuumed all of my carpets first (something Steve never did, and got angry at me because I didn't do just the last time he was here), then he used DIFFERENT CHEMICALS for different stains, again something Steve never did (he just used the same chemicals the whole time). Jason taught me so much about my carpets, like Steve never should have gotten them wet without THOROUGHLY vacuuming them first because otherwise the dirt just gets wet and turns to mud and is MUCH harder to remove. Fascinating stuff, especially the way he explained it. I can't believe I wasted so much money with Maker Carpet Cleaning Company until now! Avoid this business unless you want dirty carpets. read more
