This is an okay post office for the basics, e.g. mailing packages, buying stamps and such; if it's…read morethe only one you can get to, it'll do. If you want commemorative stamps, get in here on the release date, because they'll run out quickly. Absolutely do not be in a hurry when you come in for service at the window; they usually have only one of their two windows open, and nobody (neither customers nor P.O. employees) seems to feel any sense of urgency. The employees are nice enough, just not nearly as quick as in other locations. We have waited in line for up to 25 minutes (behind just two other people; it's not the Christmas rush!), we've had people in front of us give up and leave, while the customer at the window is oblivious to anyone waiting behind him/her, and the employee seems to make no effort to hurry the transaction along. This is a normal day, here. People go to a post office to transact business and then get on with their lives, not to camp out, and there are ways that employees could speed up an excessively long transaction without making an especially slowpoke customer feel rushed or unimportant. Also, if you have mail that must get out right away, I would take it inside the building to drop it in the mail slot. Over the past few years, we've occasionally dropped mail in the blue box on the side street (Plaza Drive) and more than once, that mail seems to have arrived at its destination a few days later than we'd have expected it to. Maybe it's just a strange coincidence, but we've learned that it's better for us to skip the convenient blue box. All in all, we avoid this P.O. when we can, and take a deep breath of resignation when we can't.

This is the best darn little post office around town!…read more Irene makes you smile the minute you walk in...she's friendly, professional, courteous and knows her USPS stuff like the back of her hand. Seriously, without her help and expertise I wouldn't be able to make so many educated and cost-effective mailing decisions. So yeah, this location may be small but don't let its size fool you. I can assure you they've got everything the bigger guys do to meet your mailing needs with the exception of passports, although not all post offices offer this special service. I've frequented a few of the other larger post offices around town, but I gotta say it's the genuine care and personal touch I consistently receive that keeps me coming back. So thank you Irene and USPS of Richwood! You may be small but you're mighty awesome!

As a last beacon of hope for the shirt, we took the shirt here and this place was able to REMOVE all the stains! I Had to reach out several times during week 2 to find out when I'd get a mock up. Received mock that was not what was discussed when I dropped off. Sent what I wanted and asked for a completion date. Told I'm next to be completed. 48 hours later still no correction to mock up, reasonably annoyed, I reached out to Karlie again ( On a Friday) saying hey, could you please communicate with me a little better. I'd like it done by Monday but next week being completed would be great for completion as I was told I'm next. (I don't think the word next means what they think it means) if not I'll go somewhere else (hoping to motivate). Instead my desire, wish, nay my basic expectation to have a business communicate with me was a feat not possible for Eagle Embroidery. Very sad to say the least. All a customer expects to be happy is clear communication, and 2 weeks to mean 2 weeks. I get it stuff comes up but at very least that's where communication comes in. Can't believe they did not try and make it right. Pretty ridiculous.
