The Magic Forest is a grove of Redwood Trees (Sequoiadendron) located in the CIty of Palo Alto, CA. The grove which fronts Hopkins Avenue is part of the Rinconada City Park Complex. The grove consists of well over 50 towering Redwood trees. It is dedicated to the memory of f Edith Ellery Patton. Patton, was an elementary school teacher at nearby Walter Hays Elementary. She would often take her students outdoors and read under the trees. It is not a huge grove by any stretch of the imagination, but during quiet times, you can sit underneath them and watch them sway and hear the wind. It can be quite relaxing. However, during busy park times the noise from cars, kids, the nearby pool complex etc will eliminate the peaceful aspect, but the trees are still amazing to look at. Along with Oak, the Redwood Tree is considered protected by the city, thus you cannot cut one down even on private property. However, within the city its rare to see this many in one spot hence its novelty. The Magic Forest is easily part of a interesting day you could put together. Located withing easy walking distance, is the main library, the art complex, multiple out door art installations, The Junior Museum, the Children's Library, etc. Rinconada Park has the typical park like amenities. There is no nearby eateries, but the whole area is perfect for a picnic etc. Traffic can be a bit of bear between school opening and closings, and its alongside a major artery so it can by trafficky.

We went to the very beautiful area of Rinconada Park in Palo Alto. Ths area has beautiful trees and is called The Magic Forest. It is a tribute to Edith Ellery Patton.

I am SO happy they have pick up locations in Fremont. Their meals are delicious and fresh. I love…read moretheir value plan. You get the right amount of protein, veggies, and carbs to get you through the day. I just have to buy snacks for the week at the local Whole Foods Market. It is very convenient and the couple who runs this service is super bad ass. They are very kind to provide meals to the locals who want to become healthy and it's pretty obvious they are committed and carry a lot of passion towards their business. Most people in the body building industry don't like sharing their meal preps, body building techniques and all that or they do but only to an extent because they are afraid you will be better than them. Don't get me started on this. I prefer local meal prep services like this now over territoryfoods and the other over hyped meal prep services on Instagram that fitness models advertise but don't actually use.

Woah, the flavor...love at first bite! I didn't realize I was following AE on IG and wanted to try…read morethem out as I am trying meal prep services. So glad I put an order in. Picked up my first meal prep earlier. The process was efficient. I received reminders for pick up and called when I arrived and my order was brought out to me. I tried the arroz verde and it's fire! My first meal won me over and I look forward to ordering for next week!
