Not heavy handed at all. She was extremely thorough with the stencil process and continued checking in with me throughout the entire process. She mentioned that she has 16 years of experience and it shows. The conversation and process was all really good. The vibe was great and that's always important to me. If I could give a negative star, I would. I know that the owner is a great artist, but I made the…read moremistake of trusting another staff member. I brought in a picture of exactly what I wanted. He said that it was a simple design and felt confident in his work. He put the stencil on and everything looked great. It was hard to see the work in progress since it was on my right lower leg and I was laying on my side. As soon as he was done he said "there's your tattoo" and quickly covered it up. I didn't realize what a monstrosity it was until I went home and cried for hours. I waited several months before trusting someone else to "attempt" to cover it up. Fortunately, I went to All or Nothing tattoo and they did a wonderful job.
