I went to them to see if they could look at my daughters new piercing from another shop that wasn't doing so well, because the other shop didn't help when we returned for help. The young lady who helped knew so much. She knew that the other shop has used the incorrect stubs, the stems were too short & the piercing had become infected. She cleaned my daughters ear & used the correct hardware. The male employee gave us their shop-made concoction for her to clean the piercing site, clear the infection, and avoid keloids. On the other hand, I've included the picture I showed them and basically just asked for exactly that. As you can see, after only three months mine is looking pretty faded. It is about the size of a penny and costed $80 (plus tip on top of that). I think it is pretty pricey for such a small, simple piece. If you just want a simple, small tattoo I'd go somewhere else because their starting price is $80. And the colors also just weren't as vibrant as I was hoping for. I'm pretty unhappy with how it turned out and will definitely be getting a touch up. For $80 I should have loved it.
