I told him I wasn't comfortable but he said, "trust me, this is my business", so I did and gave him $250. He and his guys show up at my home with no ladder, asked to borrow mine which wasn't high enough to reach the top. He sends a completely different worker two days later who shows up with his girlfriend and a child. I told the owner to send the original guys and he refused, said he was losing money. I paid $250 for them to stain four posts, spill stain on my concrete and ladder. He walked off the job and refused to credit me back any money. Very unprofessional and completely unorganized. But installing a lift kit with a bigger tires and wheels on an older vehicle with high mileage is asking for trouble, especially when you dog on it! Also a lift kit for an older Tahoe is only around $800 so I can absolutely guarantee you that they did not spend $5000.I have spent over $8000 with Kevin so far and it has gotten me an absolute boatload of work and high-end parts not just including doing a proper reverse shackle kit for the Lyft and lift springs and $200 a pop shocks. I can tell you that the driveshaft had nothing to do with the transmission going out and anybody worth their salt is going to know that that review is bogus. I am in the process of purchasing a new to me Duramax and for the pre-inspection Kevin noticed that the chassis bolts that attach the body to the frame had been removed and the body was not even attached to the truck! Kevin offered to charge the dealership only for parts AND INSTALL THEM FOR FREE! TALK ABOUT SERVICE! You know what the dealership said? " I am going to make sure to send him our work from now on!" What comes around, goes around. Do not hesitate to let Kevin work on any of your vehicles or projects!!! Employees need training in how to spot GERIATRIC CONFUSION. What I witnessed today should never…read morehappen again. A very confused elderly man was trying to exit the store thru the bathroom. He was confused and was asking for help to get to the front door. Not directions, but to be walked to front door. Employee starts to walk him to the front door. I gently called to her attention that this was a situation here and needed to be handled carefully. He said his wife was somewhere in the store but he did not want her bothered and he just wanted to go outside and get some air. Keep in mind outside is a busy parking lot with construction going on. So here she goes taking him to the door. Fortunately, his uncaring wife was spotted before the front door. That saved me a 911 call because there were some heads fixing to roll. I was on her heels heading to that door and the minute she cut that old man loose i was gonna call 911 and shut her down. Check your cameras in the fabric department and bathroom at around 11 10 to 1120 am today and see what I saw. TRAINING PLEASE!!! THIS COULD HAVE BEEN BAD FOR EVERYONE.
