They had a young girl, who I can only assume is not very experienced, do my eyebrows and she took out a huge area right in the middle of one of my brows. They were lopsided and just horrible. I had been trying to hide my brows for weeks. I saw a pic of my friend who had just gotten her brows done at IBrow Couture, and they were beautiful! I made an appointment and was so excited to see Archana. Now it's kind of tricky to find the place. It's a store within a store of the salon on Gunbarrel Road, where the Salsaritas is. It's small, but we managed to have 4 people in there. Archana and her partner are super nice and funny. Archana knew she had a challenge with my eyebrows. We are on the first stage of reshaping them. It almost been a week and I am still tender, lots of hair was missed and my skin is just agitated in general. I've never had issues being sensitive to waxing before, and the girl who did it sold me a cream that she applied to me afterwards and said "this is good for people with sensitive skin." I paid $80 and could've gotten a full body anywhere else. I expected to be smooth like a furless cat, and I can't even exfoliate because my skin is so tender. I love this place but I will probably never try a Brazilian with them again. Please be aware of who is servicing you and what they're using!

The salon is so cute (located in the owner's grandmothers former home) and it is as cute and quaint as you can imagine. My stylist, Claire, was so warm and friendly, and a great stylist as well. I did root touch up, foils, and cut, and was delighted with the results. While I was more blonde than I usually am, the color was gorgeous! But the true teat for me was the cut, and it was great as well! Services are well-priced and you won't find a cuter salon anywhere! Do give them a try . . . You'll be delighted with the results!

I decided to get the works, eyebrow threading, tinting, and eyelash extensions (the one I had was the little strip ones that you piece together to complete a look the plastic like lashes not mink) I get my services and I was having issues with the lashes while in the chair the woman who at this time I cannot recall her name I think it's MANSI GUPTA but it's not the older woman (the mother ) but her daughter with light like brown streaks in her hair. So she attempts to fix the issue of something sticking in my eyelid. I think the issue is resolved. Saturday rolls around I have this stabbing pain later that evening in my eyelid!! Felt like NEEDLES being jammed in my lids. So the salon was closed by this time and I could not get help. I suffered in pain until that Monday when they opened and I could go back during lunch hour. I called before I came to tell them I'm having issues. So Monday she helps me and pulls the "dry glue" out of my eyelid. So I think all is well right? NOPE! The next day the other eye the lashes are literally lifting up and dangling, itching in my eye. I go back Tuesday, the woman who normally does eyes lashes is not there so the little girl gives me the phone to speak with her and I tell her my issue now with the other eye and she tells me "ohhh you just haven't had it in a while so you just not use to it" umm weird so According to her ? this is normal. So I can't return wed or thurs due to work. I return Friday (today) 05/05 to get my lash fixed that is now still hanging in my eye!! The woman who is the daughter first wouldn't even Acknowledge me when she walked in and tried to take another woman over me . Luckily the woman let me go ahead of her. I expressed my displeasure of me having to come back and forth for my lashes I paid for! She starts to get an attitude and talking to me as if I were unintelligent and telling me "this is normal! This is normal! The eyelash is still on your eye!" I said it's still hanging in my eye!! She was like you got stuff stuck all on them. Gives me barely a partial refund and tries to physically push me out with her body language walking up on me. I called a few lash techs and went to another lash tech you know what they told me? This review is specifically about a lash fill I received from Asma and I cannot speak to her other…read moreservices. I will note that she was polite during the appointment. The following day when I contacted her about my concerns she was professional and responsive and refund me when I requested it. I booked a lash fill while traveling in the Atlanta area and found Asma through the Xtreme Lash website, where I have previously found skilled lash technicians. The fill was $186 including a 20% tip, which is comparable to the cost of a full set. At the time of the appointment, I still had well over 50% of my extensions remaining. I clearly requested single lashes with a natural look and a subtle eyeliner effect - not dramatic or volume lashes. The service lasted approximately 35-40 minutes, which felt short compared to the typical 50-75 minutes most fills take in my experience. During the appointment, the adhesive caused some stinging and I was not able to fully examine the lashes in depth when she asked me to look at them. They initially looked ok. As the adhesive dried throughout the day, my eyes began to feel tight and uncomfortable. By the next morning, they were irritated. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the lashes were not applied one extension to one natural lash, but instead appeared to be glued in clusters of 7-9 fake lashes and, in multiple areas, attached to the skin of my eyelid rather than the lashes themselves. A close friend, who is a hairdresser, examined them, took photos, and attempted to gently separate some of the lashes to relieve discomfort. As they have begun to fall off - some chunks of fake lashes have been attached to multiple real lashes. This is an issue as it can cause balding on the eye as extensions should be a 1:1. I contacted Asma, explained my concerns, and sent photos. She offered to fix the lashes; however, I declined because the result was not what I requested, and I did not feel comfortable proceeding further. During our conversation, she stated she applied 2-3 lashes together for a dramatic effect. I told her to look at the photos and see that it was not 2-3 lashes but more like 7-9 lashes and that was not at all what I asked for. Due to discomfort and improper application, I ultimately had to move up an appointment with my regular lash technician back home to get all of the lashes removed and new set put on. In nearly nine years of getting lash extensions, this was the worst experience I have had. While Asma may be skilled in other services, based on my experience, I would not recommend her for lash extensions. Improper isolation and application can cause irritation and potential damage to natural lashes. Photos are attached to show the application issues described above which include huge chunks of lashes and even where a chunk is attached to three natural lashes.

They pretty much always accept walk-ins and I've never had to wait! They have me in and out within 5-10 minutes. Asma, the manager, is so lovely and professional. Also pro tip: they have a rewards account program! If you give them your phone number you can collect points and get a percentage discount on one of your visits. I also keep my eye out for their emails, they do a lot of 2 for 1 deals and discounts, especially closer to the summer!
