I honestly had to copy, paste and email SC law to Tyler for him to look it up in his book that the felony he was trying to push me to plead to was in fact a minor misdemeanor offense punishable by $500 or a year! Why the hell was I dumb enough to give this man $5,000 ' he offered to give back the money to go with another lawyer, I got a real lawyer that's looks talks, dresses and acts like a lawyer something Trent couldn't do! Let's see if we get our money back since all he did on my behalf was make a few phone calls since December! This practice should be closed down! Don't call Trent unless you want to get Bent! I now get his slogan and why you can always find him at the strip club spending your hard earned money!!!! Trent was the reason I overdosed he literally got me to that point by not caring and his ignorance. I pray Karma comes soon for this man!

Back in CT, that would be a slap on the hand and the kids would be on their merry way. Not in SC! The laws and court system were completely different than what we knew back home. We had a court date that would have been very expensive to have had to be there for. I needed to find an attorney that could stand in for us in SC. We also had a unique situation where one of the kids was applying for a job that required a clean record. We could not pay the ticket, as that would imply an admission of guilt. I spoke with a couple different attorneys that were recommended to me. They just didn't understand what I was looking for. I found Atty William Monckton thru a Google search. I knew right away in speaking to him, that he understood our needs. We were 100% satisfied with our experience with Atty Monckton and would highly recommend him.

She knew my case forward and backward. No matter what the other side threw at her, she had documents and paperwork for my defense. Even the court officer said it was entertaining! She was on fire in there! This woman could have her own show. In my opinion, she knew more about the law than the judge did! I couldn't have even WISHED for anything more in an attorney. She was so ready for court and did her job phenomenally! Regina Ward is one of the best attorneys I've ever seen. I switched to her as my attorney for the second court hearing, and I have zero regrets. I wish I would've had her for the first hearing. ‍ I just sat there amazed through the three hour hearing that was only supposed to be one hour. I'll never use any other attorney than Regina Ward.
