I have…read morebeen a loyal member of Mint Express Car Wash, located at 10940 Discovery Bay Dr., Pearland, TX, for over two years. Unfortunately, after my most recent experience, I will be canceling my membership. Mint Express Car Wash The biggest issue is that no one ever answers the phone during business hours. I have personally sat inside the lobby and watched the phone ring repeatedly while employees stood around and ignored it. Today was no different. After going through the wash and driving home, I realized the front Mercedes emblem on my CLA 250 was missing. Since no one would answer the phone, I had to drive all the way back to the car wash. They eventually found my emblem, but it was broken, and I had to file a damage claim. Another ongoing concern is that the employees responsible for guiding vehicles into the wash tunnel are often on their phones instead of paying attention. That lack of attention to customers and their vehicles is unacceptable. I also spoke with the manager, Daniel, and was extremely disappointed. He showed very little concern, offered no sincere apology, and couldn't explain why the phones are consistently ignored during business hours. His attitude came across as indifferent, which only made the situation more frustrating. I understand accidents can happen, but customer service and accountability matter. After two years of being a paying member, I expected much better. Instead, I was left with a damaged Mercedes emblem, wasted time, and poor customer service. I will be canceling my membership and taking my business elsewhere. I hope this review encourages management to improve their customer service and hold employees accountable.

He explained everything and was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me (it took a while for me to "get" the car wash came with the interior detail package) and then explained go to vacuum bay 1 when i came out. I drove over to it but there was a cone in it and it took about 10 seconds for him to spot my car and run put and move the cone. Princess parking!! I asked where the waiting area was and he offered to walk me to it and I said Ok and then he pointed out the beverage station and water machine, asked if I preferred the lights on (i said no, plenty of natural light and I like the vibe) and then asked if I would like the TV turned on. It felt for a second like I had just checked into a Four Seasons hotel. OK Mint Express Car Wash. Here, take my money!!!! Update: Well Sweet Lord, I am BLOWN AWAY This interior looks like it spent all day at the car spa but only took 75 minutes. Honestly it did not look this good when it rolled off the Carvana truck in 2022. There are zero crumbs in the gear shift fabric thingy and they saved my spicy ketchup packet and even cleaned the mirrors in the visors. I have no words except I am never getting my car washed anywhere else. Incredible service and value and all the employees seem happy to be there and doing their jobs and i have not been so disappointed I never carry cash to tip in a really long time. Ten stars!!

You have to go to the door to tell them you are there or someone will see you and come to your car parked to see what is needed. Their basic car wash starts at $28. However I came to remove stains on my seat and per seat it was $50+ I was ok with that as the stain was all over. They went above and beyond! I got my car the stain was removed, the seat look like new and they vacuum my car and interior cleaned it. The smell was gone. Took them a few hours but I was so happy with the work. He blamed the marks on the PPF company, and said "that's what I get for applying PPF, as they have to cut it with an exact-o knife. Fast forward to when I had the PPF removed. They told me it pulled paint, as there was no prep work done. Not even any evidence of primer. I would no longer recommend Katy Coach Works to anyone for any reason.

This shop told me any other shops on the beaten tracks will give me estimate over $2000 and will show off their "riding on high horse" attitude too) I do NOT want the estimate. Since anything above $750 is NOT worth it for 22+ old 210000 miles vehicle. It turned out exactly what I warned about. I gave this guy (who is an estimator and purportedly an owner too (IMHO)) a polite but firm earful. I really wanted to tear his paper estimate and throw on his face but I restrained.
