Steve came by to work on my washing machine and dryer. He communicated well and arrived promptly…read more Upon looking at the washer, he diagnosed the problem as needing a new computer. Instead of doing the job himself, he encouraged me to call Maytag directly to see if I was under warranty. And sure enough, I was. I am very thankful to this man for saving me $500. If you need your appliance repaired, Steve is your go-to man! In addition to this, he repaired our old dryer and did it for a reasonable price.

One of the hardest things to find is someone who can install and repair appliances that is…read morereliable, does a good job, is trustworthy and communicates well. In the local area (I'm in western Nassau County), Steven's Appliance Repair is the only one I know that achieves all of these. I've learned over the years that installation services provided by companies that sell appliances a) try to do the fastest job possible (not the best job as they get paid by how many they do not how well they do them) and b) cannot do anything besides just plug in the appliance (if anything extra is needed, they will not or are not allowed to do it). Therefore, I prefer to hire someone to handle my appliance needs. I called about 10 different places - most were unavailable or unwilling to come to where I live. Steven's called me on the phone quickly and met me the same day. They clearly explained what I would need to complete the installation (including instructions for electrical work needed), purchased the necessary parts and within 2 days the job was all done. Coincidentally, my oven igniter stopped working shortly after this experience and I called Steven's and a day later I had a working oven. I will definitely rely on this business for all of my future appliance needs.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chris with Cool Clean! I am beyond pleased, honestly…read moreecstatic, with the service I received. I had someone else "cleaning" my units before, but after seeing what Chris with Cool Clean found, I realized they were not truly clean at all. My units were BLACK inside, and my blower wheel was completely black. When Chris was finished, that blower wheel was BLUE again. That alone says everything. I had also been getting headaches, and just from the cleaning of the very first unit, the smell was amazing. What a difference! The air felt cleaner, fresher, and healthier almost immediately. Chris was calm, courteous, professional, and incredibly thorough. He was not rushed at all, yet he worked very efficiently and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He even cleaned out the coils on the condensers, which I really appreciated. In my opinion, the price was very fair for the quality of work, the time spent, and the difference it made. I also love supporting a veteran-owned and operated business, especially one that takes such pride in his work. You can tell Chris cares, is honest, and does the job the right way. I highly recommend Chris with Cool Clean to anyone who wants their units cleaned properly. Five stars all the way!
