This is such a cool bar on property at the Rio. It's a very Brazilian vibe in here and just so cool. The lounge seating is absolutely beautiful. I just got a gin and tonic, but next time I come back here, definitely grabbing one of their tropical cocktails which looked so good. There was live entertainment when we were here, too. Such a cool spot. Would definitely come back here again!

Adhering to the Brazil vibe, it has a gold jaguar climbing the bar and a very chique vibe with pops of gold and patterned seat upholstery. And it's a perfectly convenient stop for a drink when meeting others in the lobby to leave for dinner. Bartender Christian is as friendly as all the staff at the Rio and took great care of us. The cocktail game is real and we had some excellent, beautiful drinks. There was a live singer some nights. (Lapa & Luckley's have happy hours a few days a week) Also, I don't know how often this happens, but while in the casino we were given a buy one get one coupon for drinks here! But be sure to tip on your total before the discount ;)

We had so much fun we went back on Sunday night just expecting good energy and live music. We coincidentally made friends in line and the bouncer asked if we wanted a table that would allow us to cut to the front of the line. Minimum was $500 and there were 5 of us so we said yes. To our surprise Bruno came out again!!! No one ever knows when or if he will be there and we were lucky enough to see him 2 nights in a row, and made friends along the way. It was truly a magical experience, Bruno was the cherry on top but even without him making a suprise performance, Pinky Ring is still such a unique vibe I think everyone who visits Vegas should experience. I have no photos to post, just as intended :) The security was very strict about no photos. We were so impressed how well they caught every person, shining lasers at their camera and spotlighting them then escorting them out. Don't be that person, they will catch you and kick you out and make you delete any photos or videos (even from recently deleted, I asked). Just enjoy the experience with the people around you. No one else has to see photos to believe you, and even if they did they would not fully understand the vibe and experience because they weren't there. If you made it to the end of this review, I hope you make an effort to visit Pinky Ring, you might get lucky!!

The Wednesday special is hard to beat $100 for a 1L bottle with bottle service, which is an awesome value compared to most Vegas clubs. The service was excellent from start to finish. Our host and server were attentive, and all of the staff and security were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The DJ kept the energy up all night with a great mix of Top 40 hits and EDM, so there was something for everyone in our group. Between the music, the atmosphere, and the great service, everyone had an amazing time. If you're a local looking for a fun Wednesday night spot or have friends and family visiting, I definitely recommend checking out Ghostbar. I'll definitely be back!

I remember when it was new but it is still as beautiful as ever. It was kept up over the years and was reinvented once during its lifetime. I like the Rio's rooftop bar and this one - and a lot of good memories here from now years ago. The 'elevation' of this bar and the view it offers should be part of any Vegas getaway. The people who come here are from all over the world - but you also get local regulars - and I think that is what makes it so enjoyable. Bring your friends and you are guaranteed a good time. I have fond memories of my one friend here 'taking down the mother hens!!' The trendy club scene of today - it changes - it has to do with what DJ and what celebrity endorsement - and probably more factors I'm not even aware of. Resorts a tiny bit off the Strip are always a better value and they tend to try a bit harder. The same is true for anything at the Palms for that matter: the rooms, the restaurants and the overall service. No doubt there are other clubs on the Strip that have the "it" factor - but this is a good bet.

I absolutely and I love with this hidden treasure and after my first visit here this year it is my favorite establishment in Las Vegas!!! I love a great tiki bar and am an avid pina colada/tiki cocktails lover. I also love rock n roll and am a vegetarian so when we decided to check it out for dinner I was very happy they had some vegetarian options for me!! The decor of this bar is an absolute dream and I am so so happy we were seated in the room with the shrunken heads. We were seated at the Sebastian Bach shrunken head table which is absolutely perfect because I love that guy!! Anyways, our server was incredible and super accommodating. There's a little hidden thing they have throughout the bar that I won't disclose on here to keep your eyes out for and it is so fun!! The drinks were all amazing, their shots are so good!! I know I'm leaving out an immense amount of detail but please know it is my favorite establishment in the Las Vegas area. 10/10 absolutely recommend!!

We have since moved away and the last two visits here were not good. This place used to be fun with good drinks back in the day. Now it's morphed into a tiki tourist trap. Tonight, our server wasn't at all friendly and the drinks were mostly just crushed ice. You couldn't even taste the rum because they were all so watered down. For around $14-$18 a drink, I expect better. Their "zombie" drink was a joke. No flavor at all (it used to be good years ago). Sadly, this will be our last visit here. With so many cool bars in Vegas, I'd rather go to one that appreciates our business. This place no longer does and it showed so tonight. BTW, I read that a new large Tiki bar will be opening soon in Vegas so will try that one out once it does. Maybe The Golden Tiki will up its game and revert back to what they used to be once it opens (and there is more competition). Two stars because it used to be great. All the tables by the window are reservation only but if you walk in, you can sit at the bar which is facing opposite of the view. The drink I had was well balanced and strong, where some bars can water down the cocktails. It was cool that the bartender helping us was the one that made that cocktail! I realized that when I looked at the menu & realized they had no food.. So, I ask bartender, like.. "where the wings at?" lol.. I'm thinking wings, fries, sliders, calamari.. nope! We were at the Rio to see a show, and after the show decided we wanted to keep hanging out there and enjoying. At one of the bars we randomly stopped at on the property before the show, one of the bartenders gave us a buy one get one free cocktail for VooDoo Lounge if we went. And there was no cover charge to get in! Sold! We decided to head up there after the show. This spot is locaed on the 51st (I believe) floor of the hotel but you enter on the second floor and take an elevator up. After a quick check our IDs and search of our bags and whatnot, we were able to take the elevators upstairs. As soon as we got there, I booked it for the outside patio. I mean, come on, you have to! This is really what sold me. WOW! It's STUNNING up there! Amazing views on the Strip unlike anything I've ever seen before. There was also a DJ up there and he was playing great music. For a Friday night, it wasn't super busy, but still really nice. We were able to sit wherever we wanted, as the tables and lounge seating was totally open for everyone to enjoy. We took in the beautiful views and each had a cocktail. Our server was outstanding and did a great job waiting on us. Sadly, we were getting a Vegas thunderstorm underway so the DJ had to stop and security all ushered us inside. Still, nonetheless, this was such a cool experience and one I'll continue to talk about. It's a shame that this has gone so downhill. When I went to the bathrooms I noticed the water damage on the walls and the lack of maintenance so it sealed my fate to not return for a while. This used to be the spot but it's a little scary anywhere in the casino.

I also liked that they stay open late, so it's a good low-key option if you're looking for somewhere to hang out after most places have closed. I didn't try the hookah or the food, so I can't speak on those, but aesthetically the place was nice and had a good atmosphere. They were playing good music all night, and the workers were friendly and welcoming. The only thing that threw me off was the bar. The prices felt like Strip prices, but the experience didn't. Having to pay separately for a canister of cranberry juice as a chaser and then getting the shot in one of those little ounce-sized sauce cups instead of an actual shot glass just made it feel cheap. That was honestly the biggest downside for me. I'm sure the vibes are different on the weekends when it's packed, but at the end of the day, the prices are still the prices. Even if the atmosphere is crazy packed that part of the experience wouldn't change for me. As of now, it probably wouldn't be my first choice, and I honestly don't see myself coming back unless there's an event or something specific going on.
