Firstly, if you do not use the in-house indentured servant to clean your apartment you will be ostracized and treated like a second class citizen. I mean how else are they going to get into your living space, that you're paying a premium for, and nose about your business? By the way, we would have used the strange cleaning lady if she did charge $100 to clean our apartment once. Apparently it took her several hours to clean the patio after we had only lived there a short time anyways. Ridiculous and smells of racketeering if you ask me. Secondly, there is a crazy amount of rules that must be followed strictly by all tenants but plain do not apply to the live in owners. Parking being the big one. You get your one space and no god can save you from the fury that will come your way if your car drips a single drop of oil. However if the owners have people over they'll park in your space or behind you to make things damn inconvenient. Why? Because they can. Maybe they don't like gay people. If that's the case then they probably need move out of Asbury Park and try to take advantage of some suckers elsewhere. Did I mention the walls are paper thin too? The first few months of living there I was woken up in the morning by our neighbor tapping his toothbrush on the sink. Not to mention the other fun noises that sometimes wafted from his bathroom to our bedroom. If after all of this you're still considering calling this building home. After years of being watched like a whore in church and constantly being gossiped about don't expect your deposit to be returned. Apparently in the words of the owners things weren't in "new condition any longer". When are things that have been used for 3 years ever in new condition? It's called reasonable wear and tear. This is a house of greed and lies and I strongly urge you to seek residence elsewhere unless you too be caught up in the deep issues of the people who run this place.

I live in building five with the elevator, which is in frequent disrepair. It takes days for the management to even get in to look at the elevator and many more days for repair. There is only one elevator in the building, so we are forced to go up and . Many of us have disabilities or are elderly in this building. The next issue is that although they have concierge's trash service, they do not enforce the rules. So tenants do not comply and simply leave garbage in the hallways at all hours of the day and night even on days were there no pick up. Although complaints have been made to management about this, they do not address the issue. There were huge stains on the hallway carpet for months i. They claimed they could not get them up. I called incessantly until they got a professional cleaning service in and the stains were cleaned. However, they only had them do one end of the hallway and not the other, so I took my handheld carpet cleaner into the hallway and did it myself

Fake hardwood floors, micro…read moreants, we've complained time and time again about the neighbors upstairs walking so hard that sheet rock dust is falling out and keeping us up until 2am only for it to start again at 6. We made complaints to Stacey at the front office multiple times. Because I'm not stupid and I know what goes on in these types of places I have photo record of every single one of them. The property manager Sam is spiteful and ignorant to say the least. He acts like he knows everything that goes on but said that we only complained once other than the most recent and it was about "loud music" which wasn't in any of the complaint so clearly he's full of it. For $24,000 a year I can't even park near my complex because other tenants have more than one car which is totally unfair. If the power goes out, consider yourself beat. There's no back up generators and the staff completely goes MIA. Everything in the apartment is electric so if the power does go out, you can't even take a hot shower. I'm prescribed medical marijuana for chronic Lyme and MS and was told by the property manager that I need to take it somewhere else. He also told us to call the police on our neighbors for being too loud like that should be our responsibility and if that were the case Stacey should have told us that from that 5 complaints ago. Most recently the spiteful apartment manager Sam sent out a mass email about smoking but singled out our building only - when we called him he labeled it as a "glitch" and it would be revised and resent.. 3 days later we still haven't seen the revised email. He also told us the same day he would call us back in 15 mins and still haven't heard from him 3 days later. Its ironic that 2 emails get sent out for smoking and nothing gets sent out about consideration of your neighbors to be quiet between certain times. Mind you, this is all going on during COVID-19. This place is a polished terd and I urge you to consider your other options before you get stuck in the Waverly quicksand. It took alot to bring me to this point, where I need to express my concerns on a review instead of speaking to a diligent person and moving forward. You would think for the price you're paying that these people would bend over backwards for you.

After looking around at flooring places in our area (Ocean Township) we checked out Fox Floors and boy are we glad we did! I love wall-to-wall carpet (every place I've ever lived had it) but my wife wanted hard flooring. Marshall is THE MAN! He is such a super salesman! So laid back (so caring and not pushy in the slightest) and explained everything so nicely to us and let us take home samples because it's really hard to imagine what each thing is going to look like just by looking at it at the store. He said that most people get hard flooring nowadays so we decided on getting new wall-to-wall carpeting upstairs for the bedrooms, hallway and stairway (to satisfy me) and we should get hard flooring to replace the carpet and tile downstairs in the living room, dining room, foyer and hallway (to satisfy my wife). Marshall was so great with our schedule of doing it. The guys that did it were great! So fast and precise! And it wasn't easy. The ground floor (we're on a slab, no basement) had to be leveled out because the tiled part (foyer and kitchen) was higher than the carpeted part. Everything came out fantastic! The hard flooring looks like wood and the carpeted stairway and upstairs in so super cushiony! We love it! Quality products and quality workmanship! We couldn't be happier! Thank you Marshall, Bob, Mr. and Mrs. Fox and the whole working crew! Thank you Fox Floors! - Rob and Joyce PS - And it's worth it just to go to the showroom to see the amazing carpets that Marshall made of rock stars! Totally awesome!!
