Classes are great! Loved the teachers - loved the facilities. JUST BEWARE THE PASS CARDS…read more Unfortunately I made a mistake and bought a 10 class pass which was supposed to work out cheaper in the long run (valid for 1 year they said). The staff kept this card behind the desk so that I as the customer "wouldn't loose it" I used this for 2 classes and then when I went to use it again about a month later the staff said they couldn't find my card and therefore I'd used it all up. I rang them on a number of occasions to follow this up - no replies, no call backs to me, no explanations - just "you need to buy another card". So disappointed. Aerial classes were so unique and fun - I would have loved to go back but couldn't afford to when they take that much money from me with NO SERVICE when it was their error.

He takes a far broader approach which goes above and beyond all trainers I've previously worked with. He's more like a coach and helps motivate you to keep on track, with personalized training plans between workouts and focus on a balanced diet, his approach is far more around total wellbeing. He genuinely cares about his clients and which makes you feel like you are part of a community, he keeps in touch between sessions which is a great way to keep motivated. Every session is different and tailored to your needs, after recent surgery I was nervous about training again, Jason is super supportive and works around injuries. He's got a great sense of humor so the workouts are fun and you can have a laugh whilst training! Can't recommend him highly enough!

The gym has everything you need for a decent workout really. Loses 1 star because it could improve on cleaning. My hands always smell when I leave the gym, and when I use my towel as hand grips on certain machines i have to wash my towel afterwards. I think the staff who sit at the desk should grab a cloth and wipe down the machines and handles each day, then it would no doubt be 5 stars!
We absolutely love Rory Williamson School of Dance. The teachers are warm, encouraging and…read moregenuinely care about each dancer. The focus on strong technique is balanced beautifully with building confidence and enjoyment, and the studio has such a positive, supportive feel. Communication is great, performances are well organised, and most importantly, my two girls love going to class and always leave happy and motivated. We couldn't recommend this dance school more highly!

They have always raved about how fun the classes are and they never grumble about going to sparring practice. Child #1 is currently sitting on a blue belt and child #2 just completed her Second Dan for her Black Belt. Belts really aren't important as both kids enjoy the challenges and learning opportunities that Taekwondo presents through Kicks. The training site has recently been changed to a spacious shed that accommodates us parents with plenty of room for the mats and practice areas for the participants. They accommodate for kids as well as adults of all ages and abilities. They even have a heater set up for those cold mornings of gradings! I always find the instructors to be hard-working, professional and excellent mentors for their charges. So long as the kids love going we will continue to support them in bettering themselves and improving their skills at Kicks.

I only went to one class here last night, but I'm a fan, and would go back there if I have a chance on future visits. The vinyasa was *just a little* different to the flow I learned in LA, but it was a great class (I took a Hatha class,) with a good balance between stretches and relaxation. Just a small studio with one room, and there were only a few of us in the class (but it was a mid-afternoon on a weekday.) Good class!

I booked a remote session with Geoff and was glad I didn't need to travel from Melbourne to his studio in Queensland to see a physio, how awesome is that? The last thing you might expect to hear of course was "don't stop lifting"! But I'm glad I took heed. I modified my lifts and made a few adjustments but didn't stop completely -- the exact same advise I'd read from some very knowledge people. Great news, I was sorted after a few weeks, and now lifting heavier than ever. Pain free. Geoff really values being led by evidence, and not just theory or (worse) guesswork. Thanks Geoff!

My life was a mess in almost every arena. I explained that I was hampered by the fact that I literally had no money to my name. About three or four weeks later, Mr. Bamford sent me an encouraging email saying that he would definitely coach me, no questions asked. This man clearly loves what he does - and he's a generous person, to boot. I'm glad I could write his first glowing review.
