I've been training with Jason for a few weeks and can't recommend him enough! I've had a few different PTs in the past and can honestly say he is by far the best. He takes a far broader approach which goes above and beyond all trainers I've previously worked with. He's more like a coach and helps motivate you to keep on track, with personalized training plans between workouts and focus on a balanced diet, his approach is far more around total wellbeing. He genuinely cares about his clients and which makes you feel like you are part of a community, he keeps in touch between sessions which is a great way to keep motivated. Every session is different and tailored to your needs, after recent surgery I was nervous about training again, Jason is super supportive and works around injuries. He's got a great sense of humor so the workouts are fun and you can have a laugh whilst training! Can't recommend him highly enough! read more
