The regular staff are very professional and courteous to customers needs and wants. The wait time can be a little slow at times but given the food is consistently good this is not a major problem as I would rather wait a little longer and know that I will be served an appetising meal. So I can recommend this establishment without reservation. I would even say that Sav's is by far the best cafe / food place in Jimboomba and surrounding area.
