The first thing that grabbed my attention when I entered the restaurant was the chocolate fountain. It was at this point I had to decide - do I begin with desert or seafood. Thinking about the amount I paid for the buffet, I decided to begin with seafood. The prawns, spanner crab and bug were all very fresh. However, I could not get past the huge baked salmon. It was absolutely delightful, and became my staple food for the evening. Finally, it was desert time. The cupcakes, slices, brownies, chocolate lollipops, chocolate fountain and cheese (just to name a few items in this huge desert selection) were all divine. My dinner expanded to about 6 courses (3 of which being desert and cheese). At first look, this buffet is quite expensive. However, when you arrive, you will realise this is quite good value. If you stay anywhere surrounding Sanctuary Cove, you must try the Cove Cafe seafood buffet.
