Sat for about 5 mins & I had blood pressure checked. 5 mins later the "dr" came in. A very inflamed hip & needed a big anti inflammatory shot & 3 perscriptions to fill, if I feel I need them to feel better in my surrounbg back/hip areas. Out in 30 mins. They have sm tv's in the room playing old-school Bugs Bunny- hysterical! They had tv's turned down so I could hear the 80/90's music playing. Pretty cool office in a nice shopping center at McGinnis Ferry/P'tree Industrial. Everything was clean & everyone friendly. Still ache so I hope this shot kicks in soon- been over an hour.

Urgent care cannot diagnose things beyond flu, covid, and other basic illnesses. They told me they couldn't do anything for me and to just go to the ER. They charge $30 upfront. After the appt, they sent another bill for $156. My low rating is to due to being charged $200 for a useless appt. Like most of US healthcare, they are a business.

Finds out she knew my information did not enter and added me later. Instead of me being the second person to be seen, i was still waiting 30 minutes later, when I asked about it, she stated I entered you late and made no attempt to get me seen faster. Instead of getting seen at 2:30, I wasn't seen until 2:55. Receptionist was short and inconsiderate; never should a person be treated like that in a medical facility. With that said, the actual phlebotomist was professional and kind and her personality was much appreciated.

This place is a medical clinic as you all know. You can either use them as a Primary care…read morephysician, or for those of you that may be on Social Security Disability, this is the clinic that they use. Either if you're filing for Social Security disability or you have a review of your case and they need more info, this is most likely the place where they will send you to. As my visit was ok, I felt that it took too long in my opinion. My appointment was at 2, I got there at 1:50. Had to answer a bunch of questions on the tablet but not all of them as they will tell you that you don't have answer them all. They finally called me back there at 2:45. Took my Xrays, and documented my medications. So this portion took about 30 minutes. Now I had to wait on the main doctor to come see me in the room. That took about 25 to 30 minutes before he arrived. He gave me some little physical tests then I was finally done. I finally walked out of there at 4:00.
