I am definitely pursuing legal action against them (and if anyone else is already getting a class action law suit ready - I'm in!) They have taken unauthorized payments from my bank account SO many times!! its take weeks and months to get anyone to help. Their line is disconnected most of the time. no one responds to any emails, calls, or even their portal. They're crooks! Look at BBB! 358 complaints this past year - 533 in the last 3. UPDATE: 1/6/22 I fired them Very disappointed False promises I ended up having to solve accounts that went into litigation myself bcs Litigation Group dropped the ball multiple times. I dont know how they r in business. I was so stressed out I hired National Debt Relief and have to say what a difference to Work with people who k ow what to do and actually do it It is bad. Hired this group i May 2020. I purchased their services because they said they will help consolidate the debt, clear the history, help with credit. It is December 2021. It has been 19 months. My debt has not been consolidated. I have sent them all paper work i received from creditors but they missed important one, claimed they never received it. Although i have confirmation of phone call record and my email to them. In reality, i have been "served court papers" by a creditor, my case is in court and the Litigation Group "graciously" offers Bankruptcy service. My history is NOT cleared - it is in worse situation. My credit has plummeted and has been in dumps. To reach the office to speak with a rep or the attorney who handles the case is unrealistic. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. It seems like they've blocked my number on their "customer service" phone line. They took 2 charges out of my bank within the same week saying they're forwarding my case to Phoenix law. Well after I settled a account and was told by a settlement officer that I would get $4,800 (give or take) they ignored me and blocked me from their website, and then sold my account. My sister was a client. She passed away and a payment was taken out of her account after she passed. I have been trying to get a refund since September. The first person who took my call completely messed up the address, so the check was never received. I have been making calls weekly since then trying to get this resolved. Reading so many reports by dissatisfied LPG customers - claiming LPG is a scam - very very discouraging. I was also a victim of their "computer glitch," that withdrew unauthorized funds from my checking account. After 15 months ($129.94 twice monthly), nothing has been resolved with any of my creditors. I have now informed my bank to refuse/deny any further withdrawal attempts by LPG, in any amount. They've been paid just over $4,000.00 for absolutely NO services rendered. Calling them has been to no avail. They have a recorded message that informs callers that they are experiencing a "high volume" of calls. This is understandable, considering the recent "glitch" they claim. I'm wondering if I'll have to hire an attorney to get my money back. read more

I just found out I have been also scammed by LPG and PHXLaw, they have been taking my money and my debts haven't been solved, I had to call my bank to stop payment becuase PHXLaw has been taking my money and when they saw that I did stop payment now they are trying to get my money from my bank using another name, Guardian Process, this has to STOP. I would do business with the Litigation Practice Group, scam they did do what they said at the time i set this up. i was looking to help with my credit. they did file letters of power of attorneys with any of my creditors. I was told that this would be done the first week that i regrated signing up. There high pressure selling techniques they used to get me to commute to there program. I have emailed there support to no end. No results, i spoke to them on the phone, they give you anyone that would answers, not to the person you originally. Don't trust them with your credit issues, and check them out with the BBB. read more

Started business with LPG paying $274 monthly since 2022 around June/July but all I got was a call that I was late/missing payment but I contact them what was the status on my settlements but all they said was do not talk to any Collectors but give their contact info to them but I wanted to find out the status if anything was settle or paid off BUT, they sent me to another debt settlement company which on my account states CLG not LPG LITIGATION PRACTICE GROUP so I'll be sending my Lawyers after them and let my bank to return my funds for fraud. If I could give them -10 that's what they would get. They didn't do anything for me in one year, than sold my contract to another law firm who hasn't called or done anything for me either. LPG said that the new law firm would be in contact with me soon, and they would take the same auto payment. my bank called me today and told me that LPG had deducted the mount out of my bank account, which they were not supposed to do. SCAM. I got involved with Citadel to consolidate my debt in 2019. I paid them every month instead of my two credit cards that had got away from me. In January 2022 I was told LPG was taking over my account from Citadel. Not until there was a "glitch" in the system and they charged me twice in April 2022 did I inquire about the status and discover that Citadel had actually closed (apparently) and all of the money I paid over the 2.5 years was GONE. Citadel told me if they couldn't invalidate my debt that the money I paid them would be refunded. LPG never told me that Citadel was closed when they "took over" my account and that all the money I paid Citadel was not transferred over. They're a "different company" and they're lawyers so that's why I should've trusted them. Yeah NO. I cancelled before wasting another dollar on these scam artist lawyers. read more

Run from this company. All helpful in the initial consultation, but once you are signed up, can't get the full name of anyone you talk to. Get the runaround when you question what you were told, told erroneous information, found out afterward. Rescinded the agreement due to the lies and misinformation, they continue to "act on my behalf" even though the agreement was cancelled 2 days after signing.
