Please don't do it!!!!! Candido Rodriguz was extremely rude. I signed up, the after reading reviews decided to cancel 15 minutes later. Candido wouldn't let me cancel, he went on about me saving and told me to give it a week. I asked him to speak with a manager and he hung up. This is what he emailed to me. So rude I hope they don't take money out of my account after I canceled read more

The Litigation Practice Group - Debt Relief Services Near Me - San Clemente, California

DONT DO IT! RUN! This is by far the worst company I have EVER done business with. What a scam! I am definitely pursuing legal action against them (and if anyone else is already getting a class action law suit ready - I'm in!) They have taken unauthorized payments from my bank account SO many times!! its take weeks and months to get anyone to help. Their line is disconnected most of the time. no one responds to any emails, calls, or even their portal. They're crooks! Look at BBB! 358 complaints this past year - 533 in the last 3. Their support emails are all coming back undeliverable and blocked. **ANYONE ELSE PURSUING LEGAL ACTION LET ME KNOW! They currently have 11 law suits against them. read more

UPDATE: 1/6/22 I fired them Very disappointed False promises I ended up having to solve accounts that went into litigation myself bcs Litigation Group dropped the ball multiple times. I dont know how they r in business. I was so stressed out I hired National Debt Relief and have to say what a difference to Work with people who k ow what to do and actually do it It is bad. Hired this group i May 2020. I purchased their services because they said they will help consolidate the debt, clear the history, help with credit. It is December 2021. It has been 19 months. My debt has not been consolidated. I have sent them all paper work i received from creditors but they missed important one, claimed they never received it. Although i have confirmation of phone call record and my email to them. In reality, i have been "served court papers" by a creditor, my case is in court and the Litigation Group "graciously" offers Bankruptcy service. My history is NOT cleared - it is in worse situation. My credit has plummeted and has been in dumps. To reach the office to speak with a rep or the attorney who handles the case is unrealistic. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They gave false promises and wasted my time and money read more

I was a client of theirs since 2021. They're said to help with debt consolidation but they've done the opposite. I paid over $8k to this place only for them to sell their accounts to other businesses and file bankruptcy. I do not recommend them they are a scam! read more

I should have looked at reviews before going with this SCAM of a company. Thanks for the default judgement, thanks for giving me a number for 'legal council' that is a disconnected number, thanks for telling me 8 times in a row that someone will call me back and never having it happen - I hope you enjoyed my money for absolutely zero work! This is a joke and i'm pursuing legal action. Great work, thieves! read more

It seems like they've blocked my number on their "customer service" phone line. They took 2 charges out of my bank within the same week saying they're forwarding my case to Phoenix law. I haven't heard anything from them. And now one of my credit card's suing me. This is stressing me out, they were supposed to help but now i am unable to get a hold of them. Huge SCAM!! read more

Run, Run fast. I was told that if LPG settled a debt I would be given a certain amount of money back. Well after I settled a account and was told by a settlement officer that I would get $4,800 (give or take) they ignored me and blocked me from their website, and then sold my account. I even contacted the BBB with no luck. I am out this money and can't afford the monthly settled amount. :( read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I won't go into detail because I would be here all day but this is 1000% a scam!!!! If you see this review take my advice and run the other way. read more

My sister was a client. She passed away and a payment was taken out of her account after she passed. I have been trying to get a refund since September. The first person who took my call completely messed up the address, so the check was never received. I have been making calls weekly since then trying to get this resolved. No one returns my call, no one seems to be accountable for anything. I work for a law firm. If I did my job like this, I wouldn't have one. read more

Reading so many reports by dissatisfied LPG customers - claiming LPG is a scam - very very discouraging. I was also a victim of their "computer glitch," that withdrew unauthorized funds from my checking account. After 15 months ($129.94 twice monthly), nothing has been resolved with any of my creditors. I have now informed my bank to refuse/deny any further withdrawal attempts by LPG, in any amount. They've been paid just over $4,000.00 for absolutely NO services rendered. Calling them has been to no avail. They have a recorded message that informs callers that they are experiencing a "high volume" of calls. This is understandable, considering the recent "glitch" they claim. I'm wondering if I'll have to hire an attorney to get my money back. read more

Horrible. Worst decision i could have made was to fall for their lies. I was sued twice, my credit is horrible and they did nothing to help with that. read more

I just found out I have been also scammed by LPG and PHXLaw, they have been taking my money and my debts haven't been solved, I had to call my bank to stop payment becuase PHXLaw has been taking my money and when they saw that I did stop payment now they are trying to get my money from my bank using another name, Guardian Process, this has to STOP. I am in with anyone that does a class action sue. I know one thing my God always wins our battles and has never lost none. He will fight for us, just watch and see. Blessings to all read more

I would do business with the Litigation Practice Group, scam they did do what they said at the time i set this up. i was looking to help with my credit. they did file letters of power of attorneys with any of my creditors. I was told that this would be done the first week that i regrated signing up. There high pressure selling techniques they used to get me to commute to there program. I have emailed there support to no end. No results, i spoke to them on the phone, they give you anyone that would answers, not to the person you originally. Don't trust them with your credit issues, and check them out with the BBB. read more

Take your money. Never did anything trying to get them to answer a phone or no email reply back please stay away.

I invested 2 yrs with LPG . Trusted them. Recently found out I was being sued by a creditor they were supposedly taking care of for me , I understand the lawyer has been disbarred and he stole hundreds of clients monies including me . Approximately $6,000 of my money is gone and so are they . Nowhere's to be found . Oakstone law group and Phoenix law and lpg are o r in the same . How can this be happening!? All I want is my money back . There is a group that has been formed and we are seeking help with the FBI as well as the attorneys general office . This is such a crime and so I'm fair to do to innocent people . I pray to God this can be resolved. read more

Started business with LPG paying $274 monthly since 2022 around June/July but all I got was a call that I was late/missing payment but I contact them what was the status on my settlements but all they said was do not talk to any Collectors but give their contact info to them but I wanted to find out the status if anything was settle or paid off BUT, they sent me to another debt settlement company which on my account states CLG not LPG LITIGATION PRACTICE GROUP so I'll be sending my Lawyers after them and let my bank to return my funds for fraud. Very Very Pissed the F### Off read more

I was a previous client who did not get the service that was guaranteed. There is gross dissatisfaction, and the stress that you caused me is at a colossal level.  You preyed on gullible people who are already dealing with debt only to scam them.  Communication with anyone from this organization is a hassle,  the staff at Litigation Practice Group have continued to show a lack in honesty,  professionalism, transparency and no one follows up. I trusted you people and exposed my checking account to you. You have removed excess amounts multiple times and have even called me with demands to pay now when money was removed and not posted to my account.  You people owe me $251.06. No one cares that you stole from my account.  Your team is aware, Jeanette C, Matt Dalesandro, and more, but how dare you Matt Dalesandro??? You  are responsible... you lied to me. My account was transferred, yet you have my money.  Return my money, please. I maintained all copies and emails. I will stop at nothing even if it costs more than my $251.06 that LITIGATION PRACTICE GROUP OWES ME. read more

If I could give them -10 that's what they would get. They didn't do anything for me in one year, than sold my contract to another law firm who hasn't called or done anything for me either. LPG said that the new law firm would be in contact with me soon, and they would take the same auto payment. my bank called me today and told me that LPG had deducted the mount out of my bank account, which they were not supposed to do. So now waiting to see if the other firm is going to do the same. Tomorrow, I have to go to the bank and file a dispute! DO NOT use these people. I tried calling their number and of course it is no longer in service. I have emailed them, NO response. They are out to steal your money, and do not help you at all. I've read they have all kinds of lawsuits going and i can see why. DO NOT USE THEM. read more

scam! run! it's probably easier to just file for bankruptcy than let this so called scammer company bankrupt you for 36 months. do not trust them. will not help you get any results. the only thing you are doing is paying them money every month to do nothing for you. ruuuuunnnn. btw for those of you who's demanding refund from them, save your breath and just report fraud to your bank. that's what i did and i got money back from the bank, not from these scammers. read more

SCAM. I got involved with Citadel to consolidate my debt in 2019. I paid them every month instead of my two credit cards that had got away from me. In January 2022 I was told LPG was taking over my account from Citadel. Not until there was a "glitch" in the system and they charged me twice in April 2022 did I inquire about the status and discover that Citadel had actually closed (apparently) and all of the money I paid over the 2.5 years was GONE. Citadel told me if they couldn't invalidate my debt that the money I paid them would be refunded. LPG never told me that Citadel was closed when they "took over" my account and that all the money I paid Citadel was not transferred over. They're a "different company" and they're lawyers so that's why I should've trusted them. Yeah NO. I cancelled before wasting another dollar on these scam artist lawyers. read more

Run from this company. All helpful in the initial consultation, but once you are signed up, can't get the full name of anyone you talk to. Get the runaround when you question what you were told, told erroneous information, found out afterward. Rescinded the agreement due to the lies and misinformation, they continue to "act on my behalf" even though the agreement was cancelled 2 days after signing. The different departments have no communication between them, one doesn't know what the others are doing. Complete chaos. Beware!! Stay away!! read more
