Feeling defeated I thought I would test these waters. Everyone came back the same: sight unseen... $100,000. No way. Brett was the only person to come out and actually see my home, he then offered $107,000. Still too low to even consider. Brett did offer to have an agent from his office reach out. Kelly Taucher reached out... I'm not sure what it was.. her tone? Her optimism? Just speaking to someone who sounded interested in helping me sell? Whatever it was? I felt this...relief? Confidence? wash over me. I felt like she meant what she said and she could get my property sold! Then there was: I live about 18 miles away but I still drive over to the condo once a week or every ten days to run the water and flush the toilets.
