They both had our best interests in mind and really took care of us during the process. I feel so lucky to have found Derek and Mary and definitely recommend them. I have passed on your concern to the owner. Thank you! Kristen: Thank you so much! It's scary to walk there, with all the hardened ice. Kyle McLean of Realty Group +1 (651) 260-9608: Well good thing it's going to be 40-50 degrees this week. Kristen: 11/18 (Sent photo of ice) I tried scraping it with my foot, but they're probably going to want to scrape the ice. They may want to hire a neighborhood kid. Thanks for conveying this. Seriously. This little ice bothers you? Kristen: You don't use a wheelchair, I bet. Kyle McLean of Realty Group +1 (651) 260-9608: Do you Kristen: Don't worry about me. I'll just report the house to the city if they don't shovel within 24 hours. Thanks for representing your business so well. FYI. The first, my mother-in-law's Elk River townhome, was listed by The Bandimere Team and sold almost immediately for slightly more than asking price. The second, my father's Woodbury townhome, required some additional maintenance prior to sale, which Rick took care of with no complaint. Again, The Bandimere Team listed and sold the townhome almost immediately and, again, for slightly more than we'd asked. Having been several years since any involvement with real estate transactions, throughout BOTH interactions with The Bandimere Team, my wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the consummate support and professionalism displayed by Rick and his entire team throughout the entire process. So, in summary, TWO listings, TWO sales, BOTH for more than we'd asked. Who could ask for anything more? It is for the reasons above that I would HIGHLY recommend The Bandimere Team if you're thinking of buying OR selling!

I recognize they weren't under any obligation to inform me I was no longer being considered for the property but feel at the least it would have been a simple courtesy and shown integrity. The disregard for me and all my months of effort to obtain the property makes me question Julie's honorableness.
