I hired Mandy to do the short sale and I could not be happier with the outcome. She worked very hard on my behalf and assisted me with all the paperwork that most realtors would have thrown in my lap and said "fill these out". She also tirelessly negotiated with the other players involved to get the prices where they needed to be to get the sale done so I could be free to move on and someone else could enjoy my home. I give Mandy an A+ rating and encourage anyone looking to sell or buy a home to give her a call!! Brian Vork Santa Clarita, Calf.

I had the pleasure to work with Jill Lingwall of The Lingwall Group on our first home purchase…read more She was always compassionate to our 'first time home buyer jitters' and squabbles as well as helped us buy a property for a great value. She worked long and hard (30+ homes in the TC area) to find us the perfect one. We also asked a bit more than the usual from her, we asked for her "motherly opinion." She granted our wishes and gave us her opinion and then silently 'slipped back' to watch us ruminate on those and come to our own conclusions. As i have said before, customer service in the current day in age is king, still. Jill and The Lingwall Group is no exception to this.

After calling Frank D'Angelo, visiting with him about what I was looking for, and what my goals were, he took me out to look at properties and was dead on. He listened to what I had said, pre-qualified each of the properties we went through... and I ended up purchasing one of the homes I found on my first time out with him. I've now purchased 3 homes over the past 5 years through EXIT Realty, and Frank D'Angelo. I couldn't have been happier with each of my experiences. From my personal home, to 2 investment properties I've purchased, Frank was an incredible resource from start to finish. Open, honest, no BS... he gave me his opinion when asked and truly cared that I got exactly what I was looking for each time. Frank continues to be someone I trust and look to for any real estate related needs!

The first, my mother-in-law's Elk River townhome, was listed by The Bandimere Team and sold almost immediately for slightly more than asking price. The second, my father's Woodbury townhome, required some additional maintenance prior to sale, which Rick took care of with no complaint. Again, The Bandimere Team listed and sold the townhome almost immediately and, again, for slightly more than we'd asked. Having been several years since any involvement with real estate transactions, throughout BOTH interactions with The Bandimere Team, my wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the consummate support and professionalism displayed by Rick and his entire team throughout the entire process. So, in summary, TWO listings, TWO sales, BOTH for more than we'd asked. Who could ask for anything more? It is for the reasons above that I would HIGHLY recommend The Bandimere Team if you're thinking of buying OR selling!

Feeling defeated I thought I would test these waters. Everyone came back the same: sight unseen... $100,000. No way. Brett was the only person to come out and actually see my home, he then offered $107,000. Still too low to even consider. Brett did offer to have an agent from his office reach out. Kelly Taucher reached out... I'm not sure what it was.. her tone? Her optimism? Just speaking to someone who sounded interested in helping me sell? Whatever it was? I felt this...relief? Confidence? wash over me. I felt like she meant what she said and she could get my property sold! Then there was: I live about 18 miles away but I still drive over to the condo once a week or every ten days to run the water and flush the toilets. Without even asking her, Kelly said: I'm only a few miles away I can save you a trip and do that for you. Thank you! Once Kelly saw the condo, she suggested taking down the window treatments. I replied I had confidence in her thoughts so, she could go ahead. I also heeded her advice when she suggested I pay to have the condo staged; so it looked more welcoming, helped buyers imagine living here. Kelly was always helpful and never told me no when I had a petty(?) request. Such as: swing by the condo after a showing to turn off lights as all agents tend to leave some on. Kelly was also ahead of the curve thinking before listing she came through w a swiffer to tidy up the dusty floors, as I had moved out months before. Kelly was helpful from our inaugural meeting. We discussed listing price; how long we would let that price ride before dropping it and the next drop amount would be? I appreciated Kelly's confidence and effort in wanting to make sure the property sold. As I told Kelly when I handed over the keys at closing. Thank you! I had confidence in you but I didn't have confidence the condo would sell. A million times THANK YOU. After nearly seven months on the market I had started to lose hope this day would come!! I told Kelly this process was so traumatic I don't ever want to move again but should I? I will definitely be reaching out to her. I will also refer any friends in the market to buy or sell. to contact her. I told her another owner in my building is looking to list and asked me about my experience and for Kelly's information? If you're looking for a realtor who puts her clients needs first and goes the length to make sure your property is properly exposed for full traffic, I would recommend, no, I would highly recommend contacting Kelly Taucher @ Kris Lindahl. Behind the scenes who you may never meet is Transaction Coordinator, Christy. She will make sure all your paperwork is processed, communication happens between all parties & all time-frames are established & met. I mean Christy was on top of everything...I never had a worry that things weren't happening or that something was overlooked. Seamless you might say. Thank you, thank you, thank you Kelly and Christy for taking such good care of me & my anxious worries. Thank you Brett for choosing Kelly to reach out to me . Kelly made this such a smooth and fantastic experience compared to a previous one.
