From the first interaction, you can sense John's lighthearted nature, sense of humor, and unwavering passion for what he does! He is so easy-going and instantly makes you feel like you've known him for years. He was so much fun to work with, both at his studio and our wedding venue! I am a bit camera-shy but he is so wonderful with giving direction and guidance to make sure everyone is captured in their best light. He has an innate way of getting to know everyone on a deeper level, and then capturing in the best way through his lens. He made the afternoon so fun, so natural, and every photo he takes is with great intention and focus. He is a true artist and cares so much about what he does! And he's hilarious, time flies when you're with him. By the end of the shoot, after he tells you how many photos he took, you're left with: "You took that many?! How did you do that??" I can't say enough good things about John, and it makes perfect sense that my husband's family has stayed loyal to him throughout the years. He is truly unique and has perfected his craft. His communication is great and his turnaround for photos is extremely quick! I would highly recommend him, your choice in John will not go unrewarded. He is simply the best!

If you're investing in photography for one of life's most important moments, Mike is the person you want behind the camera. I recommend him without hesitation. Mike Zawadzki Photography

Where do we begin? Mike Zawadzki was the very first vendor we booked once my husband & I decided on…read moreour wedding venue. They were a preferred vendor through Perona Farms and when comparing them to some of the other choices out there, there was no doubt that their style of photography was what we wanted to capture our day. From their warm tones, the way they know JUST how to capture the light & that their photos feel more like they're telling a story rather than simply staged, this was exactly what we were looking for. We worked primarily with Mike's lead photographer Tiffany, who also did our engagement photos. She was the absolute best to work with - an honest, funny, straight shooter and always available in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding to reach out to with questions. You can tell that not only is she great at what she does, she also loves the couples that she works with. On the day of our wedding she went above and beyond to make sure that we were getting the best shots possible - whether it be at the hotel getting ready with the lighting or finding just the right spot on the property at Perona given the weather conditions (it had rained heavily the day before our wedding and the grounds were very damp, and the day of was spitting rain/cold/windy). She is firm when she needs to be, does not settle, and advocates for her bride & groom. We have already received some preview photos from that day and they are INCREDIBLE. We are absolutely blown away by what an eye both she & Nick (our second photographer) have. I would be lying to you if I said I haven't gone through them a dozen times already. We are eagerly awaiting the rest of the photos from our special day. There is no one else who we would have trusted with capturing some of our most beautiful memories. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.

Mike is super-friendly, prepared, and very professional. One location for the shoot was actually on a Subway platform with many subjects. Mike was amazingly efficient. He gave everyone clear, succinct directions, so things proceeded like clockwork. He tested several variations so that we would have options to choose from later. Almost no time was wasted and we were in and out in about 15 minutes. He had it all under control and that's quite a feat given the chaos of the NYC subway. While this shoot wasn't for a wedding I can see how he might be good for weddings because he's able to coordinate so many people at once. Waiting to see the results of the shoot. When I get them, I'll provide an update on how they came out. So far, I have had a great experience with Cinquino Photography.

Michael and Rebecca made the experience completely enjoyable right off the bat. Their warmth and friendliness made it seem more like an afternoon with friends vs a photo shoot. Not only was the experience an enjoyable one but the pictures were AMAZING! I am blown away that we received such high quality products for about half the price we were quoted by other photographers. It is truly reassuring to find a business who can maintain such a friendly composure while being extremely professional at the same time.

We are very disappointed with the outcome of our wedding photos. This photographer was referred to…read moreus, so we trusted that he would do an excellent job and capture the most important day of our lives. The work, photos and attitude we received was not what we had hoped for. I would do your research and meet with multiple photographers - your wedding is your big day! I wouldn't trust this vendor with such an important day, and we are very upset with the services that we received. Below are a few reasons why: 1) Strangely, family and friends captured many more lively images with bright colors and set up shots with their iPhones, which looked much better than majority of the images we received from our professional photographer (print is better quality too, which is pretty shocking). 2) In virtually every family photo my eyes were closed or the quality is extremely blurry and you can hardly make out the faces. The ones I tried to print wouldn't print bigger than 5x7 and you can't see the image well, which is disappointing as we were gifted some beautiful, large picture frames and are unable to use them or have larger prints made. John said this would be fixed if I ordered the prints through him. I find this incredibly hard to believe as I went through Shutterfly and didn't edit or retouch the photos. 3) Majority of the photos were taken from an odd angle, and random objects are seen in the background, including an ice cream truck, which was expressly promised to be edited out. This of course, could have been avoided had the photographer taken a few steps over or asked us to take a few steps over. 4) Lastly, and most importantly, there isn't a photo of us ( just the bride and groom) that we would be proud to frame. There was little attention to detail, and my bridesmaids had to take time out of their already hectic day to help John stage photos and give him ideas (including the standard dress shot, bouquet, shoes, etc.). We struggled to find any value in the photos. On the day of my wedding, I didn't have the time to direct. Since we are unable to rewind the clock on our wedding day, we were hoping to compromise and have some additional editing that was initially promised. However, John has not been very accommodating or pleasant to work with since delivering the photos. Although we will never have the photos that captured our families on the actual wedding day that we wanted, my husband and I ended up paying for another (amazing) photographer to capture photos of us to recreate our wedding. We are beyond thrilled with the high quality of the photos and we now have the photos we dreamed of. We could have saved ourselves a lot of money and trouble had we went with another photographer on our wedding day. We don't have a single photo from our wedding day in our apartment, but we proudly display our second photographers work. My biggest advice for brides is to do extensive research when finding a photographer and take the time to look at their previous work. Please don't make the same mistake that we did.

It takes a while for my husband to get comfortable with strangers, let alone someone that's pointing a camera at you. At our engagement shoot, he was nervously giggling through it all and you'd never know it! They're both so easy going that throughout the shoot it just got easier and easier. Clearly they've been doing this for a very long time, they don't even need any direction from you, which made my life so much easier. They know exactly where they need to be and when. They were very flexible with scheduling and took into consideration what we wanted as a couple. Our day was a bit misty and it had rained the night before, so we didn't want to get all wet from the grass during our first look pictures, so Tony + Olya went and scoped out a new location that was not in the grass. I loved it more than the original spot. In terms of picture turn around, I was eager, so I was probably a pain in the neck, but it's barely 5 months past our wedding and we will have the rest of our pictures! So exciting!
