We were torn between a couple of items, so like any sensible person, we bought both. She told us to eat them at room temperature for best enjoyment. She said the "Crème" is homemade puff pastry with a thick layer of Mousseline Cream. That means they take their crème patisserie and then add silky butter. Is your mouth watering yet? We each got a Crème and a Cream Puff. We ate the Crème first and sweet mother of all things delicious, it was otherworldly. We immediately prayed that the Puff would have the same filling. It did.
