I have been shopping at The Ridge since it opened, and I am very pleased to see it thriving. It has brought a lot of old and new chains to the area. There are plenty of stores and shops to visit currently, and as of right now, late 2019, there are more stores that are making their way into The Ridge for 2020. The set up of The Ridge is very nice. Features a traffic circle which easily connects you to Walmart next door. There is a abundance of parking for all of the stores, and never have to walk too far. The store fronts are all very well decorated, and appealing. Navigating is very easy, with very minimal traffic. There are 3 ways to enter and exit The Ridge, one via Walmart. Overall this is a great shopping center for the area. It has brought many great stores and businesses to Rochester and I look forward to seeing who else joins The Ridge Marketplace!

It's located on Route 11 in Rochester, right next door to Walmart Supercenter. Traffic seems rare, and with multiple entrances and exits, it seems to have a steady flow of traffic. Huge parking lot, and designed like any of the other newly constructed shopping centers. Retailers include: Market Basket (opened about a week ago) Ulta Beauty (opening soon) Petco Marshalls SuperCuts (opening soon) Hobby Lobby Famous Footwear and some others to come in future days. Definitely the newest and most convenient out of the shopping centers in Rochester. 4 stars for the Ridge.

Truthfully, I don't blame Famous Footwear for moving to the Ridge. The Ridge just seems to have a better flow and be less choppy in general. This place is basically a bunch of little plazas, combined all into one large center. Definitely not the best design that could have been possible for this center. Lowe's is great, and that's about it. Buffalo Wild Wings I'm sure is fine, and Jo-Ann's looks fine too (but Hobby Lobby did just open.....), but everything is scattered and a bunch of the stores like Kohl's and Petsmart are smaller than any of the retailers other stores. It seems like a trend. It's not that bad, it's just that, when a new shopping center is built, there are certain expectations that come along with it being new. Rochester Crossing doesn't seem to have completed the job fully, and made it an actually useful center for the people in Rochester. If I lived up here, I would be spending a whole lot more time at the Ridge Marketplace, and probably even the Lilac Mall. Too bad, maybe this place will improve over the years. 3 stars for Rochester Crossing.

Went back in today to use up my Kohl's cash…read more I was in line and the associate in charge of queue told an associate who going to get in line, that she can go ahead of the queue because she's an employee. I stood there thinking, I never heard of such a thing. Especially when the queue was getting longer. The other cashier was busy and waiting for her customer to do her own price check. Another cashier came over to help. Debi, who's the cashier that convinced me to sign up. She's always nice. I did call the store to speak to the MOD. Placed on hold for five minutes that the phone was picked again by an associate named Rosie. She couldn't understand why no one picked up. I stayed on the line for a bit. Then hung up. I tried to do the survey but the website wasn't downloading. Just wanted to give Debi a good review. I ended virtual chatting with customer support. It was confirmed it's not Kohl's policy for an associate to go ahead of the queue. And I can say this associate was very comfortable saying it was policy. I will continue to go Kohl's. Hopefully it won't happen again.

Most items are marked down around 50% due to the items being discontinued, slightly below quality (too thin or too thick) standards, or overstock situations. The far side (opposite of the cash stand) offers regular priced merchandise, with many items newly introduced to the market, so don't forget to check that out!
