The early morning roll cake has a green tea flavor, and it has sweet notes with the slightly bitter taste of green tea at the end. This roll cake was also delicious and had many different layers to it! Overall, the roll cakes are amazing! I would definitely come back to try the rest of the roll cake flavors, and the pastry chef was also super nice and very passionate about her pastries. If you can boil water in a pot, you can make the noodles based on the instruction with this noodles kit. The rice crispy gave an excellent crunch. (Now I can see why Paik Jong Won added the uncooked instant noodles crumbs from the package to a bowl of instant noodles).
