    A fun and unique display

Date of visit: September 5, 2022 I was very intrigued at the concept of "London's version of Times Square" at Piccadilly Circus and while the flagship LEGO store in NYC is actually at 30 Rock and not Times Square, it was reminiscent of the mania that is LEGO New York. The store boasts an impressive selection of LEGO sets at different price points, including some little London/UK sets that would make for good souvenirs for the folks you decided to leave at home. Also impressive are the large-scale LEGO models, including a double-decker bus, a scene from the Harry Potter books/films, and a large rainbow tree. Unlike other LEGO stores, though, not all of these are made totally of bricks; the Gringott's Bank scene seems to be made more of other materials than of actual LEGOS. Staff is harried yet friendly and if nothing else, this is a fun place to stop when you are wandering around Piccadilly.

If you know me, you know I'm a Lego nerd for life!!! like literally, FOR LIFE!!! When I discovered there was a Lego store in London, near where I was hanging around I knew I HAD to pay them a visit. Honestly, one of my most fun moments there and I did A LOT! I was in Lego heaven. As I approached the store I noticed a line, no biggie I had a little time to kill before theatre. I jumped right in line and fist pumped an employee with a large Lego fist on and eagerly waited to get in. The line moved super quick and I was being greeted and entering in less than 5 minutes. Upon entering what didn't my eye catch? Oh my! They have a tube station, Big Ben, Phone Booth and more!!! It was a very exciting experience if you adore Legos the way I do! Not long after being in the store an employee was passing out and stamping Lego Passports! Now don't get me wrong I'm excited as hell to fill my United States Passport up with stamps but there's no feeling to describe being gifted a LEGO Passport. Holy Wow!!!! and it being Stamped!!! Fun fun fun!!! This is the moment I realized there was a Lego store in Berlin and Paris that I missed (I was partially devastated and knew I'd need to get back to Paris and Berlin pronto!). I purchased the one very specific London figure only sold in this store (put him together in 5 seconds ;) and snapped a few photos and was on my way. If you love Lego or your kids do, I'd strongly suggest you pay this store a visit. It was sooooo much fun!!!

I have to say, even I was amazed when I walked in. The store was thoughtfully put together. It was so cool! Every sort of LEGO toy you could imagine will be found in the store. The staff was helpful and my kids were soooo happy running (not actually) around and exploring everything they had to offer.

Even the line dividers were cute!

My son and I go to Lego events and Lego stores all the time, so when I found out London just got a new Lego store before our visit, it suddenly made it onto my radar! We had to wait for 10 minutes in line to get in, but we found it to not be over crowded inside, so it was nice. The statues, buildings, Underground train, etc were all so fun to see and take photos with. I found the Underground map, Underground train, Big Ben, red telephone booth and the three dimensional landscape art of London on the wall of the staircase to be very photo-worthy and unique to this store. As for Lego sets, I go so often that I'll be honest - I did not really look at the standard sets that I could find at home (why lug it home?). I asked an employee if there were any special sets and I went straight to those. The portrait piece where you have your face scanned looked fun, but too expensive. The Lego Wall had a fun British soldier but it was sold out. So I ended up getting the third and last unique item - a 9.99 red London Bus from the Creator line. If you see a Lego fan, or have one with you in tow, this is a great stop for some cute London related photos!

Wow. Lego has pulled out all the stops for this store. The life sized models inside are pretty incredible, with a two story Elizabeth Tower (Big Ben), a tube car, and a 3D mural map of London on the wall at the top of the stairs on the second floor. As expected, you'll find lots of different actual Lego sets inside, with a pretty impressive collection of Star Wars. If they were missing anything at all from Star Wars I'd be surprised, as there were a number of sets I'd never seen before. I didn't have any need to buy anything, but when I do need to get a gift for any nieces or nephews this will probably be my first stop!

So cute! They have a wonderful and personable staff here and the selection of sets is excellent. Went on a Tuesday evening around 7pm and enjoyed the low traffic time.

The famous Lego bricks opened their flagship store in Leicester Square. Expect long queues all day long. Ground floor and upper floor all with shelves full of brick models of any kind (monuments. movie themes, castles, pirate ships). Big sized London landmarks are all over the place ready to be used photo-instagrammed! You can even enter the photo booth that creates your face photo in a brick portrait - amazing!

My family and I took our first trip to London in March. If you are traveling to London with kids, be sure to take a few kid stops like this one. Lots of fun London landmarks built with Legos inside. Larger than normal LEGO store with lots of fun inside.

Fun place to visit, if you're nearby. The workers were super friendly.

I couldn't care less about legos but my husband loves them so we stopped in! There were some pretty amazing lego creations! We wished their had better a better selection of London themed legos to purchase.

Largest Lego store in the world. It's madness to stand in line but actually worth the visit as a free thing to do with kiddos.

However, the second rule is invariably you WILL buy something. Something that made you shout out with laughter, or something you want to give to someone else. The stuff is cheap enough, value for the entertainment it brings. A few examples of brilliance - a little penguin slide thing that runs in an endless loop of having two penguins slide in spirals down a slide and get escalator-ed back up to the top ad infinitum. A set of sweets titled 'Jelly Boobs' and 'Jelly Willies' (picture included, I am not making this up). You can take little remote controls and move a little mouse or a little tarantula... all in the name of good fun, nothing to scare the crap out of close female family or anything! Ahem. The shop is extremely popular but unlike the other nearby shop for odd items, Wonders, there is alot more concession given to the allowed movement of the shopper. Be amazed as you pass someone in the aisle without shoving shopping bags into their groin! Marvel at the clear gap that exists between you and that same person. Amazing. An awesome place, go there before Christmas really kicks off if you're a bit lost for gift ideas.
