The facilities, especially the outdoor playground, are well maintained. My kids got lots of center time/play time and the teachers they had were overall fantastic. In addition, the prices are fair for the area and front desk staff was very flexible & communicative with families. We were all very sad to leave this preschool and I highly recommend it to other families.

Both of my children developed special relationships with the staff. My daughter, currently 21 months old, has developed an extremely close bond with Aulona. Aulona is wonderful with communicating with me throughout the day and I know my daughter is in good hands with her. Jasmine is my daughter's teacher and she is terrific at maintaining a routine and communicating with me if there is an issue or concern. My older son, now in 3K, grew very close to Stephanie in the 2 year old classroom. They developed a close bond and always looked forward to seeing her. As an infant, he grew close to Ms Arifa in the infant classroom. The hours are fantastic and Stephanie is extremely reliable in ensuring the building is open and ready for children at 7am. There have been minor issues in the past with communication; however, the staff caring for my daughter currently are very caring and she loves going to school every day.

My daughter attends this "pre-school" (targeted for ages 2-4) and simply loves going there. This place is as dream for parents as well. Every wonder what your kid is doing during the day? Not anymore. Not only do the parents get provided with a monthly calendar of their children's curriculum, but it is followed up with homework each night. Homework? Not to worry. it's usually something simple like coloring in a shape or letter of the week. Just something to reinforce the lesson of the day. Supplementing the lessons my child brings home all sorts of arts and crafts; polar bears made of construction paper and cotton balls, finger paintings, a paper Chinese lantern (celebrating Chinese New Year etc.) So not only is my child having fun, she is receiving a rich experience and learning about various cultures and American holidays. I also like the fact that my child goes outside almost every day. I believe it is important for children to get fresh air every day, and I have had to hold my tongue in the past, at the excuses of childcare providers on why my daughter wasn't getting it. Unless there is a blizzard, or really bad rain, or it is in the teens, I see little reason why children can't go out for just a little while, providing they are healthy and dressed appropriately. That is no longer an issue for me at JiggleSprouts. The children go outside, either in the backyard, a walk around the block, or a walk to the playground just a few blocks away, almost every day. Additionally, the parents receive a weekly menu of breakfast, snacks and lunch. It's good to know not only your child is eating healthy food, but WHAT they are eating on a daily basis. This helps meal planning at home and put a mother's mind at ease as far as nutrition. Lastly, parents receive a daily report, in writing. Nothng is more frustrating than not knowing whether your kid took a nap, whether they ate lunch, if they went #2s etc. The daily report includes all those things and you no longer have to try to extract that information during the hectic pickup routine. I'm thoroughly pleased with this preschool. It is by far the best thing offered in walking distance from Fresh Pond Road. No other facility runs a close second. No other preschool environment in the area offers such detailed information for the parents, such a rich and warm homey but intellectually stimulating environment for the children, and lastly, such a good teacher/child ratio. As I mentioned at the beginning of this review, my daughter loves this place. She is always happy to go there, and is always happy when I pick her up. The only "downside" if you can call it that, is my daughter is so tired at the end of the day, that she falls asleep before her bath or before dinner. But to me, that is a good thing. A toddler is supposed to tired at the end of a fullfilling, rich day. Anyione who is looking for a full-time curriculum for their kid, should look no further than JiggleSprouts.

My daughter attended for over a year before transitioning to 3K in September 2025, and I truly can't say enough about how positive our experience was. From day one, the entire team made me feel at ease leaving her each morning, which is no small thing when you're balancing work and motherhood. That peace of mind meant everything to me. She grew so much during her time there socially, emotionally, and developmentally. It was clear every single day that she was cared for with patience, warmth, and genuine attention. The staff always kept communication open, which I really appreciated, and they consistently shared helpful tips and insights that supported me as a parent too. What speaks volumes is that even after transitioning to 3K, we'll be returning for summer 2026. That alone says how much trust and love we have for this place. I'm so grateful to have found a community that not only cared for my daughter, but also supported me. Little Forest People will always hold a special place in our hearts.

I've been told by some teacher who've left it's because they don't get paid on time/ or at all 1) It really expensive and I don't mind paying but if my kid doesn't get consistency what's the point! 2) If my child has to start over ever 3 months with someone new I rather put my child somewhere else 3)This place use to supply lunch doesn't anymore from the last time my kid was there 4) The director is unorganized and hard to reach I would have to relay on over worked busy teachers for information that they probably didn't get either or her assistant (great assistant) 5)My tuition bill changed a lot sometimes from 20$-40$ more. If I brought up the change the director would say it's an "error" and give me the agreed price 6) Honestly due to the change of staff my child stopped learning and lost a lot of things that they had already learned when my favorite and their favorite Assistant teacher left in July 7) These are my reasons I had to remove my child from here unfortunately because my child had a lot of opportunities to learn there as long as everything is going well. Good luck New parents!! Hope I was helpful (:
