The tutoring structure is well built. They do have experience and their tutors are fabulous. The…read moreowners are polite. My son did get the help he needed for his 6th grade advanced math struggles and final testing.Their professionalism isn't questionable. What got me disappointed is the impressive greediness, excessive ambition, a slight inflexibility. I asked for a meeting/consultation to get feedback from my son's tutor, to determine if he was in the right math program at school. I asked for a brief 5 to 10 minutes. They suggested that it wasn't enough time to talk so they suggested 30 minutes, I said ok. Then one of the owners said they would charge me $ 30 for the 30 minutes because it was the tutors time. I suggested this was overboard with their policy when I only need 5-10 minutes. They replied that they have charged $100 for consultation. It sounded to me like a law firm more than a tutor center. The sensation I was left with was that the chance they get to milk money from me they will do it. They are also willing to burn a long term client for $30 dollars. Their payment policy is not open or inviting for a long term business relationship. They give you $10 discount if you pay 5 classes in advance ( $65 x hr). If not you pay $75 the hour and in advance as well. In today's market, flexibility and keeping up with market trends is key to making business fresh and alive. So if you as a parents are seeking for a quick alternative for your child to get through exams and finals, go for this tutoring center, but it is a quick fix. If you are seeking for a long term tutoring with client accommodation go somewhere else even if other tutoring places are more expensive. For long term and regular tutoring as an option it is best to have flexibility in payment processing. They don't have Venmo, PayPal, etc. they write your credit card number on a paper and keep it on file.We are already struggling, juggling life to help our children be their best, to complicate with tutoring hassles when there are lots of tutoring options. Thank you

As a homeschooling mom, I am incredibly intentional about my daughter's education. I want her to…read moregenuinely enjoy learning, receive an elevated education, and be taught in a way that honors her individual learning style. Because of that, I am extremely selective about who I invite into her educational experience. A+ Tutoring has truly become part of my team, and I could not be more grateful. From the very beginning, they have gone above and beyond to provide exceptional support and customer service. What has impressed me most is how thoughtfully they match each child with a tutor. They genuinely take the time to understand your child's learning style, personality, needs, and goals rather than simply assigning a tutor. And if something ever needs to be adjusted, they address it immediately. In my experience, they don't just solve the issue, they somehow manage to outdo themselves in the process. Mandy and Janelle, their incredible tutor matchmakers, are exceptional. They are attentive, responsive, intuitive, and truly invested in finding the right fit for your child. I have felt incredibly supported throughout the process. And then there is our tutor, Sonya Karl, who is EXTRAORDINARY. Sonya is deeply child-centered, incredibly intelligent, emotionally intelligent, patient, warm, and genuinely gifted at connecting with children. She has such a beautiful heart, and it is evident in the way she teaches. The most meaningful measure for me is this: my daughter is not only excelling academically, she genuinely looks forward to her tutoring sessions with Sonya. That says everything. Finding the right people to support your child's education is such an important decision, especially when you are homeschooling and creating an educational experience around your child rather than asking your child to fit into a system. A+ Tutoring understands that. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found them, and even more fortunate that they connected us with Sonya. They have earned my trust, my gratitude, and my highest recommendation.

Going into this process of finding Jack help, i thought i was going to put him into one of well known places and that would be that. Like I said I did check out 3, but in the end I decided to go with Oliver and here's why : First and foremost I thought my son would pay attention to him in a way I didn't feel he would with the other spots. I like how Oliver felt like an authoritative figure yet he is relatable and someone my son could look up to. Second, he was extremely accommodating and was willing to meet wherever we wanted. Since he comes right before dinner it was great to know he would come right to my house if I wanted. We ended up having him meet at the library, but it's right down the street and he actually walked my son home when they were done which I thought was very sweet. All of this helps right before dinner time and makes my life way easier which I totally appreciate . Lastly, he's doing a great job. I am definitely seeing improvements in my son. Even though heStill gets frustrated, we tend to save the more frustrating work for when he has tutoring. Overall, I highly recommend Oliver and this situation for anyone who has a child that is struggling.
