I received a ticket from the Sheriff's Department in Lakewood, CA. I tried to handle it myself but…read morethe "system" for L.A. County tickets couldn't "find" my ticket. I managed to drive all the way to L.A. & get an extension. Shortly afterwards, over a few months time, I fell ill, required hospitalization, I had two operations, my brother died, and my 95 yr. old mother required care,( my brother had been her caregiver), and I was the only option she had. Regardless of the reasons for not being able to handle the ticket matter, it went beyond the time alloted for the extension. I was relegated by the DMV to have my license suspended and pay a HUGE sum to a company called G.C. Services. When the lock downs started, I lost my primary source of income. G.C. Services was not flexible at all & they had my license suspended. I was feeling pretty desperate. I was so worried about my perfect driving record, about my insurance rates & I would not be able to work at my profession with a ticket on my record that led to a suspension. I saw an ad for Denni Law. I called and left a message about my circumstance. Attorney Denni called me back, listened to my information, asked some questions, informed me of facts that I had never been made aware of, explained his services and fees as well as what he felt confident that he could do for me. He was so straightforward and knowledgeable and I felt confident that he was a straight shooter, so I hired him to handle my case. Attny Denni got my license reinstated very quickly. He appeared in court on my behalf and was able to gain a dismissal of all charges and I'm even receiving a refund of what I had paid before to GC Services. I couldn't be happier. The staff are all very professional, courteous and they keep you informed each step of the way. Tomorrow, October 21, is my birthday, Attorney Denni just gave me the best birthday present possible! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this service.

Dear Manning Law Firm,…read more I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional legal representation and support provided by your esteemed firm. I want to extend my sincere appreciation to the Manning brothers, Joe and Mike Manning, for establishing such a reputable firm. Joe Manning, the founder of Manning Law, has built a firm known for its professionalism, expertise, and dedication. The reputation of your firm speaks volumes about Joe's visionary leadership and profound understanding of the legal landscape. I am truly grateful for the solid foundation he has established. Additionally, I would like to acknowledge Mike Manning, who, as a trusted friend for 40 years and brother to Joe, contributes to the overall success of Manning Law. His experience and legal knowledge undoubtedly play a significant role in the firm's achievements. I would also like to express my appreciation to the entire team at Manning Law Firm. From the paralegals to the administrative staff, everyone has shown exceptional professionalism and expertise. The seamless coordination and collaboration within your firm reflect a high level of dedication to your clients. I wish I could give high accolades to all but there was one attorney who held my case up for almost 2 years before the statute of limitations. My case was a contingency case but to have a client sign a retainer and wait nearly 2 years to file in the hopes someone else takes over is a little unnerving. Especially since the fee agreement is based on time to a certain extent which is unattainable if you don't file the case for 2 years. Something seems off when this happens. If I were to speculate I could think of a few unsavory reasons one would do this. However in the end my case settled which I knew it would due to my personal experience with what happened to me. Sadly it probably could have settled with greater defrayment. If I was an attorney who was simply to busy to handle another case then I certainly wouldn't dare to have a client sign a retainer without knowing I could handle the case in a timely manner. So I would like to offer some constructive criticism regarding my case to BH. While I understand that every case has its challenges, lack of communication and the resulting delays, which brought my case to a standstill leaves room for improvement. If the Manning Law Firm wasn't the umbrella here this would be a very different post. So believing the collective is stronger then one subpar experience with an offshoot I won't change my mindset regarding the firm. So I still say if you need help go to Manning Law. Thanks again!

I was VERY patient, provided everything he asked me to provide, and simply wanted representation in good faith. However, over the course of five months, I was frequently let down by this man's lack of professionalism. He deserted me and my case without providing any reasons, and it then was too late for me to replace him, as he left me only 43 days before the statute of limitations would run out. (There was never any negative exchange of words between us, so it was a real mystery why he was abandoning me and my case.) I DO NOT RECOMMEND MR. NAYEBAZIZ FOR MEDICAL MALPRACTICE CASES. He did not return my phone calls and emails, waited until the last minute to do anything, such as file court docs, and was very vague about his plan of action. Not only that, now, over two years after I posted the above review, I have just received a letter from him on Aug. 5, 2015, threatening to sue me for defamation of character if I do not remove this review. I am tempted to take this matter to the California Bar Association-- but I am going to let him slide, as he is pathetic, in my opinion, of course.

There are people who do their job well... and then there are people who genuinely change the course…read moreof your life. Kseniya is one of those rare people. Our family experienced a devastating house fire that completely turned our lives upside down. We reached out to attorney after attorney looking for help. We were turned away so many times that I started to believe no one would ever take our case. I remember feeling like unless someone had actually lost their life no one was willing to help. I was exhausted, discouraged, and honestly on the verge of giving up. Then I called Strongin LLP. From that very first conversation, everything changed. They believed in our case when others didn't, and for the first time I felt like someone was truly listening. That phone call gave me something I hadn't felt in a long time... hope. What followed was months of uncertainty, stress, expert inspections, depositions, and an overwhelming legal process that no family should have to navigate alone. From the very beginning, Kseniya made us feel like more than just another case. She treated us with kindness, compassion, and genuine respect. She took the time to explain every step of the process, answered our countless questions with patience, and always made us feel supported. What impressed me most wasn't just her legal expertise. It was how prepared, thoughtful, and relentless she was in advocating for our family. She anticipated challenges before they arose, communicated clearly, and gave us confidence even during the most difficult moments. We always felt like we had someone truly fighting for us. I remember reading another review that made me smile by calling Kseniya a "badass," and after having the privilege of working with her, I can honestly say it's one of the most accurate descriptions I've ever read. She is fearless, incredibly intelligent, and truly committed to her clients. When everything feels stacked against you, she is exactly who you want standing beside you. The outcome of our case has given our family the ability to move forward after one of the most difficult chapters of our lives. We know that outcome was only possible because of the extraordinary work Kseniya and the entire team at Strongin LLP put into our case. If you're looking for an attorney who is not only exceptionally skilled but also genuinely cares about the people she represents, I cannot recommend Kseniya and Strongin LLP highly enough. They gave us hope when we needed it most, and we will always be grateful for everything they did for our family. Thank you, Kseniya... your work has had a lasting impact on our lives, and we will never forget it!!
