There are people who do their job well... and then there are people who genuinely change the course…read moreof your life. Kseniya is one of those rare people. Our family experienced a devastating house fire that completely turned our lives upside down. We reached out to attorney after attorney looking for help. We were turned away so many times that I started to believe no one would ever take our case. I remember feeling like unless someone had actually lost their life no one was willing to help. I was exhausted, discouraged, and honestly on the verge of giving up. Then I called Strongin LLP. From that very first conversation, everything changed. They believed in our case when others didn't, and for the first time I felt like someone was truly listening. That phone call gave me something I hadn't felt in a long time... hope. What followed was months of uncertainty, stress, expert inspections, depositions, and an overwhelming legal process that no family should have to navigate alone. From the very beginning, Kseniya made us feel like more than just another case. She treated us with kindness, compassion, and genuine respect. She took the time to explain every step of the process, answered our countless questions with patience, and always made us feel supported. What impressed me most wasn't just her legal expertise. It was how prepared, thoughtful, and relentless she was in advocating for our family. She anticipated challenges before they arose, communicated clearly, and gave us confidence even during the most difficult moments. We always felt like we had someone truly fighting for us. I remember reading another review that made me smile by calling Kseniya a "badass," and after having the privilege of working with her, I can honestly say it's one of the most accurate descriptions I've ever read. She is fearless, incredibly intelligent, and truly committed to her clients. When everything feels stacked against you, she is exactly who you want standing beside you. The outcome of our case has given our family the ability to move forward after one of the most difficult chapters of our lives. We know that outcome was only possible because of the extraordinary work Kseniya and the entire team at Strongin LLP put into our case. If you're looking for an attorney who is not only exceptionally skilled but also genuinely cares about the people she represents, I cannot recommend Kseniya and Strongin LLP highly enough. They gave us hope when we needed it most, and we will always be grateful for everything they did for our family. Thank you, Kseniya... your work has had a lasting impact on our lives, and we will never forget it!!

Stephen Rios is hands-down one of the best attorneys I have ever had the pleasure of working with…read more I had a dispute with a former contractor which evolved into a Civil Harassment lawsuit. It was clear I needed representation. I work in the legal field and was referred the Mr. Rios. I was blown away. Tiana runs his office and is both compassionate and efficient; I would love to have a "Tiana" in our own office. Tiana, you are amazing. Mr. Rios attended Berkeley at Boalt Hall and the level of intelligence and strategic analysis capability required to attend that particular school of law was apparent in every step of his representation of me. Beyond his genius, he is supportive and kind but also pragmatic. Mr. Rios had me prepared emotionally and with the appropriate legal elements required to win my case. In trial, he was above reproach. Watching the way in which he approached witnesses was a lesson in civics. His strategy was layered; every point he made was a 2x4 with which he built a house that ensured my success. When the judge issued my orders granting me a 5-year permanent restraining order, the other petitioners and respondents in the courtroom clapped. One petitioner followed us out of the courtroom for his business card and asked to hire him on the spot; 2 others followed me downstairs and got his card so that they could hire him as well. I cannot recommend him enough or ever thank him enough. Words are simply inadequate. If anyone was to find themselves in their own criminal situation, or one involving a criminal or threatening person, I can say without hesitation, Stephen M Rios is your champion. He is certainly mine.

The insurance part can be so tricky and he handled both sides for us to get us maximum coverage AND since the driver who cut him off had minimum insurance he also negotiated our hospital and doctor bills down for us saving us A LOT of money so we ended up getting a nice overall settlement. Hello everyone, I…read morewould like to take a second to tell you about my experience with Tom Reinecke and his Law Firm. At 7:30am on October 31st, 2022, I was driving my motorcycle to work. While I was passing through an intersection in the left lane with a green light, a man driving an old pickup truck pulled out in front of me from an adjacent neighborhood to the street. I had oncoming traffic on my left, a car on my right, and zero time to doge the pickup truck; resulting in me smashing into the bed of the pickup truck at full speed. I woke up three days later in the hospital. From the crash my leg was broken in three places, my shoulder was broken, my clavicle was broken, my aorta almost erupted, I suffered brain damage, amongst many other injuries. My situation looked bleak. The police report from the accident absolved the driver of any wrongdoing and the other driver's insurance company denied my claim based on the police report. I was referred to Tom Reinecke to represent me against the other person, the other persons insurance company, my medical cost, and my vehicle insurance. Mr. Reinecke and I spoke on the phone before I gave Mr. Reinecke complete control of my case. Words cannot say how fortunate, blessed, and thankful I am to have had Mr. Reinecke represent me and handle my case. At the time I first contacted Mr. Reinecke I was terrified about my case. I had recently suffered major bodily injuries, brain damage, emotional damage, a police report against me, and no experience with the system because this was my first major crash ever. Mr. Reinecke is a godsend if I have ever had one. Mr. Reinecke took the time to calm me down, explain the whole process, and provide more support than one could ever expect from their attorney. Mr. Reinecke went to work by proving the other driver's culpability, negotiated with the other driver's insurance company resulting in a maximum settlement agreement in favor of me, helped me navigate vehicle insurance, hospital bills, keeping the process simple and understandable. Mr. Reinecke went way above anyone else by providing first class attorney skills, complete knowledge of the system, intelligent creative decision making that vastly strengthened my case, knowledge of the community, highly communicative with me, guidance for all aspects of my case, knowledge on what others have done to help overcome their injuries, and unexpectedly felt like a therapist improving my attitude knowing it was being handled by the best in the business. If you are fortunate enough to have Mr. Reinecke or his Law Firm represent you, a family member, or friend, know they are in the best hands possible being protected by arguably the most skilled expert I have ever met. If Mr. Reinecke hadn't represented me, I highly doubt my case would have had a positive outcome and I would probably still be in court fighting with insurances to this day. Instead, Mr. Reinecke got me the best outcome possible and accomplished this in under three months, while maintaining a reassuring confident demeanor throughout the whole process. Thank you Mr. Reinecke, The Reinecke Law firm, and anyone who took the time to read about my experience. Michael Marcus
