We live in Pittsburgh, and the jeweler he ordered it from was a small business in Michigan. We frequently visit Boardman, and since I needed to get sized, we googled jewelers and came across Aebischer's. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, and even though it was about 30 minutes before closing and quite busy, we were helped within 3 minutes. The saleswoman was so kind. Despite her knowing that my ring wasn't purchased at Aebischer's, she still treated us as if we did. She gave me multiple options for sizing, and was kind enough to give me a new temporary ring sizer. I had bought a pack at Walmart and it was cutting off the circulation to my finger, and by her attaching the new sizer, it was instant relief! She even gave me another to take home.My husband was talking cars with another customer, and the rest of the staff was out and talking with us. They were all so friendly. We had such a great experience! While we were there, my husband decided to check out the mens selection, and we were given the website information for customization. We had to find out any warranty info, so we left and waited to hear from the place he ordered my ring from. Our original Jeweler said it would void my ring warranty, but we said the heck with it, and drove back up the next weekend! Even with covid causing backups and our move in January 2022, we got it back very quickly! I decided to get the 2 small balls , as they were more comfortable. When we got it back, they trimmed them up and it was perfect!!! That same day, my husband even ended up purchasing not 1, but 2 custom bands. We've been married almost 5 months now and his rings have held up amazing- even with him working so much with his hands as a System Admin! He gets complimented all the time on the uniqueness, and has utilized the silicone bands that came with them daily. We cannot praise Aebischer's staff for their patience, friendliness, and professionalism.

I passed by this business a few times while visiting the mall, and was impressed by how busy they always were, and also by the look and cleanliness of the shop. After trying out 2 other barber shops in the area, I decided to give them a try. I am glad that I did. When you first walk in you are greeted, and there is a sign in sheet on the counter with all of the names of the barbers listed. You just sign your name under the one you prefer. My first visit, there was only one barber available at the time we walked in. His name is Sincere. I am glad he was the only one available because I do not want anyone else to cut our hair! He is very personable and also gentle. I don't feel like he is digging into my scalp when he cuts. Also, this is the first time that my 3 year old will sit still and let him cut his hair. Now when we walk in, he just walks to his chair and hops up by himself. He actually looks forward to getting his hair cut! Sincere is the barber in the second chair when you first walk in. This isn't your typical barber shop. I actually feel comfortable when I walk in. All of the barbers are friendly and I am sure all are talented as well. They have tv's here, and all are welcome. They have an online booking system, or you can download the app.

We booked in here for a small party for my sister's wedding nails. The spa is very Instagram…read moreworthy, with a pretty lobby and cute manicure stations. The services were OK at best. I requested my standard gel mani/regular pedi combo, and enjoyed the massaging chair and my manicure was well done, minus a few wonky shapes on my nails. My sister hated her service (so glad I paid over $100 for that....), which was partly her fault and partly the salon's. I will say that the bride was a bit distracted, so didn't actually pick or check her colors before application (that's her fault), but for her cream and gold color theme, which she did tell the tech and asked for recommendations, they painted her toes metallic silver and her nails stark white with silver chunk glitter. So she was unhappy about that, but could have checked the colors and asked for an adjustment. She got tips, and didn't think they were well applied or neat. It's hard to rate based on a service that we didn't communicate well on, but I wanted to share anyway. We were there for a group relaxation outing, and they didn't really handle the group well. At one point they had my sister sitting in a pedicure chair by herself, while the others were either wandering around or getting a service in a different room. Again, not awful, but I think we would have appreciated being co-located for the majority of the event. When we went to pay, it was hard to get itemized receipts and the woman cashing us out seemed confused and a little disinterested in the whole process. Overall, it was not a bad experience, just not the best salon service I have ever received.
