I have never left a negative review before, but unfortunately, I feel that my experience needs to…read morebe shared. i had gabriella!!!!! as my waxe I went into my appointment very clearly stating that I simply wanted my eyebrows cleaned up. When the service was finished and I was shown my eyebrows, they were noticeably uneven and did not match. What was especially concerning was that the technician herself said, "I'm really upset with myself, they don't look good." At that point, I was already very uncomfortable and asked if we could at least make them match. I was told that she did not want to do that because she preferred the longer eyebrow. Eventually, after I insisted that I just wanted them to be even, she adjusted the tail of one eyebrow. Unfortunately, I left feeling extremely unhappy with the result and honestly devastated. I ended up sitting in my car and crying for about 20 minutes because my eyebrows looked so different from what I had asked for. Throughout the appointment, there were also several comments about how "brave" I was because the wax was very hot. My skin was extremely red afterward, which was upsetting and uncomfortable. I understand that waxing is an imperfect service and that eyebrows will never be perfectly identical, but I went in asking for a simple cleanup and left feeling much worse about my appearance. What made the experience particularly difficult was that the technician recognized that the brows were not coming out well but still chose not to correct the issue in the way I was requesting. I'm not someone who likes confrontation, which is why I simply said "okay" and "thank you" at the end of the appointment despite being extremely upset. I genuinely wish the situation had been handled differently, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously. I would like to add I am on lexapro and it takes me a lot to cry. I feel like that says it all.

I needed a new place to get my brows done because I was tired of driving downtown after work with all that traffic. Anyways, the room she does brows and facials is so adorable. Very cute decor and she always has relaxing music plus ocean sounds on another speaker. My brows have never looked better! I get compliments all the time now. She's an expert on growing them out! Mine weren't has bad as others I've seen but they have changed drastically. Her facials are awesome as well!! I'm not going to lie: it hurts. But it's only a little bit of pain and well worth it. She gives you the best neck, hand, and foot massages which are all included in the facial! I get goosebumps when she does my neck. My face feels brand new when in done. The only negative is that she books up so fast!! So it's not a walk in type of establishment. I usually book her months in advance. If you do need to change any appt you can always text her and let her know. Oh yeah.. I've never had a brow specialist text me to see how my brows are doing! She sends me reminders of our appointments and is also there for you in eye brow emergencies. I texted her in tears one time when I got my eyebrows done by someone else. They messed them up. She reassured me she was able fix it and she did. I'll never make that mistake again
