The message went unreturned for hours and when I finally received a call back, I was met with the attitude of, "Well I wouldn't have scheduled if I knew I couldn't make it." Extremely unprofessional and rude, especially when you don't know what is going on in a customer's life. Now I'm out money without a service because of a lack of communication. If you only allow 24 hours notice without charge, don't allow next-day appointments. They have an amazing neon sign near the hair washing station that I will have to get a picture of next time. This morning I met with Nicole for a fresh haircut. She was amazing! When done right, having my hair washed, is one of my favorite salon experiences. Nicole did a fantastic job incorporating the right amount of pressure for a lovely scalp massage while washing.
