The owners Dawn and Ty, were very nice as well as the other employee. She (I can't think of her name )was actually very very nice. The shop was very clean and I really appreciated the fact that they take appointments all the time,even on Saturdays. Did I mention that the shop was VERY clean and comfortable. I also appreciated that they are very honest with the turnaround time and don't just double book you. I got a pedicure and manicure for $48. A bit more expensive than the chicago land area. Yet,I tend to get a pedicure and no chip manicure for $50-$55. She did an absolutely amazing job on my pedicure. She took her time and was very thorough. While the nail technicians were very nice and personable and the shop was very clean; I wasn't completely satisfied with my nails. I believe the polish I chose may have been running out or something because my nails have chipped already and it's been less than 24 hours. I think they just need to update their polish a bit. I would suggest looking for an OPI color and asking them, how long they've had the color if you are looking to get a regular manicure. Now they had plenty of options for gel. Perhaps, they specialize in gel manicures and I went with the wrong service. I also saw that they offer microblading and eye lash extensions there but I did not use either of these services. I just thought they were cool services.

At some point during my research, Jess was recommended to me & after browsing her work on Instagram (@fullerbrows), I knew her style matched with what I was envisioning for my eyebrows -- very natural-looking. The microblading process seems intimidating, but Jess is very professional & walks you through the entire journey to make you comfortable with the prep, the procedure itself, and the aftercare. Going into the procedure, my brows were very sparse, so I opted to have 3 sessions instead of the typical 2. At no point did I feel pressured to book a 3rd session; it was 100% up to me, which I appreciated. This was my first experience with a microblading procedure. I was offered the promo for models at…read more200.00. I was very nervous and Kim was very kind and reassuring. Appointment went smooth and when I left my brows were much darker( that's the process,since they do fade to the color). I got one of the brows infected. It wasn't infected until Tuesday/Wednesday so I AM NOT saying Kim got in infected. Needless to say I didn't want to do the touch up after having an infected eye. I also and other people noticed that my brows ( at least the one that wasnt infected) had no "strokes" in the brow and just looked like it was dyed and waxed. I messaged Kim this and did things south from there. She asked for a pic which I offered her something better to show her my brows in person. She seemed really nice at first but didn't want anything to do with my issue, or my questions. It's very unprofessional especially knowing she lowered the model price to 100.00 less than a week after I payed 200.00. I know people.
