I had nearly 300 whiskey bottles that were already filled and needed our association's logo etched on the back. Most people said that they could not do it unless the bottles were empty, or the pricing was ridiculous. Glass Etching by Matisse created a detailed inventory sheet with bottle information that helped us a lot since the distributor misplaced some bottles. The pricing was excellent, and the quality of work is outstanding. I will definitely use Glass Etching by Matisse for all my etching needs.

We started engagement ring shopping at the Galleria with all your typical jewelry stores and were…read morenot impressed with any of the choices. Our last stop was Tiffany, where the sales must've thought we're too poor to afford it (LOL we are :P) and gave us a tip: Dickinson by Design. I never thought I would be able to go the custom jewelry route because it sounds expensive, but honestly it was the fairest price for the quality. And it made the ring experience fun! Shopping for a diamond was really daunting and stressful because of all the different specs, so I really appreciated how the DBD team took that on and even educated us along the way. We gave them our budget for the diamond and they came back with 3 choices for us to review and choose from. I was able to try on all 3 diamonds before deciding. From there we discussed band designs which were then created into 3D molds before we settled on the final product. The craft of the DBD team really shined (pun intended) when I got the ring. They really helped the diamond present itself in the best way. Everyone always comments how sparkly my ring is and the sparkle has been the same since Day 1. Only wish they offered more payment options (like cashier's check or something) since right now the only option is to wire money. Will definitely use them again for other custom jewelry needs.

I had lost it a while back and wanted a replica of that ring, or at least something close. I got a consultation, gave our budget, they found the diamond, sapphires and ring within that budget! It was great. It came maybe $140 over for fees and appraisal. They only take wire or cashiers only, so please be mindful of that! One thing I learned from this experience is that if your jeweler does teach you about the basics of buying a diamond, then they're probably trying to take you on ride. I am definitely coming back here! What a great experience!
