I honestly think our last experience was just a fluke or off night for the wait staff and kitchen. This time everything we ordered was accurate and well seasoned. Our waitress was super fast and friendly. Our food was delicious in every single way. We loved the shrimp scampi, the salad was crisp, and the loaded jalapeño potato bites with white cheddar and tender juicy pulled pork were absolutely mouth watering. Our in house made desserts were out of this world, especially the addictive coconut cream! The owner came over and served us our desserts, she was such a nice lady. She's also a very talented cook because she makes the pulled pork and desserts herself. I highly recommend! We'll be back!

Today we arrived and we're greeted by Mindy. I was cautiously optimistic, but right off the bat things we're looking promising. She seated us in our favorite area and advised us on the menu and specials. We ordered drinks and Shrimp Cocktail and Lobster Bisque app. The drinks, ambience, appetizers and company were all perfect. Then we ordered the mains. We had the Seafood Medley with asparagus and broiled Cajun haddock with broccoli. Both arrived in good time, cooked perfectly. We were given good portions, not skimpy like some places. We don't often get dessert, but when Mindy told us they were made in-house and the coconut pie was gluten free, we had to. I ordered the peanut butter pie. Both were a perfect ending to a wonderful experience. I don't often review, but I had to this time because it was so good. I also don't believe in 5-star reviews but I can't think of anything that was wrong. Go there, you won't be disappointed.

My mother has the Erie dining card and the entrée promotion is a great deal. We started with the smoked salmon dip and a split a chopped salad. We ate the veal scallopini piccata and heritage farms pork chop for our mains. We had great service and enjoyed the experience.

They've brought together a thoughtful collection of flavorful food, elegant ambiance, and an impeccable staff -- making Stella stand out as one of the premier dinner destinations in Chautauqua County. Nestled on the quaint Chautauqua Avenue in the village of Lakewood, Stella transports you into a warm lakeside community setting where each recipe feels thoughtfully chosen and lovingly prepared. I've dined here many times and each time I leave, I can't wait to come back. The décor is eclectic, elevated, and visually appealing. Laurie's impeccable taste is reflected throughout the restaurant and can be seen in every loving detail -- from the art and lighting to the overall atmosphere that makes Stella feel both sophisticated and inviting. On our most recent visit, my son enjoyed the panko-breaded fish fry, which is easily one of the best in Chautauqua County -- crispy, fresh, and perfectly cooked. I had the Artichokes Française, a flavorful dish with the perfect balance of softness and crispness. If you're in the area (or even if you're not), Stella is worth the trip. Every element -- from the menu to the ambiance -- reflects the care, creativity, and heart behind this local favorite.

But, even though there were a good amount of people there, our wait was short. We had one of the Hibachi tables. Our waitress was a very pleasant and efficient young asian woman. She was quick and professional the whole time. The food runner we had could have been better. She nearly spilled the Miso soup on my friend and didn't bother to clean it up. When our waitress came back, she was the one to wipe it up. The Miso soup and the salad was so good. I did get a big chunk of lettuce spine in my salad but it was still good. The Hibachi chef was very energetic and entertaining. He interacted with my friend's baby, which was cute. This was the baby's first time and his eyes got huge when the oil fire was set off! The Hibachi food was delicious. A little on the salty side but very good. Huge portions too. One meal is enough for two whole meals. So good! Can't wait to go back again.

We were given a warm greeting at the door, escorted to a pleasant table, and given menus. As with most Asian restaurants, there were a lot of different offerings. I chose to have their Hibachi Filet Mignon while my Beloved simply went for a Philadelphia roll of smoked salmon, avocado, and cream cheese. Beloved found his roll to be good tasting but nothing particularly special and I pretty much thought the same of my dish. As the place was spotlessly clean, the service good, and the food decent, I certainly wouldn't hesitate to come back. And I should admit, that being from Fort Lauderdale where there are excellent sushi restaurants on near every block, I think I'm rather spoiled,
