Mark gave us the confidence to market and sell at a price that well-suited our property and the area. He demonstrated utmost professionalism throughout the entire process of marketing, showings, and negotiations, while respecting our need to run a law firm at the same time. We realize that no small thanks should be given to Mark's efforts and fair dealings throughout the process. I have commented to my wife at least twice how great it was to have a realtor that thinks the way I do about negotiations and closing. I would like to call this "cool and collected," though he exhibits it more that I. More to the point, Mark's advice, attitude, and hard work got this deal done. Mark has done a true service to my family that will not quickly be forgotten.

As real estate represents our family's largest investments, we need to make informed decisions. The city of Houston aggressively increased our home's appraisal by 20% and thus property taxes by about 10%. This large increase in no way reflected reality. Shana assisted us in the valuation of our home and what we needed to communicate to the city. We are quite confident that her analysis will save us money for many years going forward. Come June 1st, i found out Evan and Shana would be my new management. These guys are AWESOME!! With my first management company which was a large company, i had to drop off a check downtown. This is 2018. With Evan, I paid online. So easy! When my unit has had issues, instead of calling someone or a lengthy email, i just use an online portal to submit issues. The responses are super quick- either someone coming to repair or scheduling a repair. I see lots of reviews from the people who hired Evan Howell, they are completely correct with how they treat everyone. If I could do it all over again, I'd look for a rental these guys managed. Or maybe i will have them as my realtor when i decide to buy a home. Either way, I'd like to continue to use their services any way i can.

When I called to schedule an appointment, I was given great and prompt service from the start. The next day I was out with one of their top producers, Sally, touring homes that were in the range and area of town I was looking into. Sally and Chris were always in communication with me, and sought to find the perfect home. Even after we had an offer on one contract, they did their diligence and discovered several issues with the home, and led me to ultimately something much better! I couldn't be happier with my home and the work Habitation did for me. I know a lot goes on behind the scenes that they helped orchestrate to make my home buying experience as smoothly as possible. I have, and will continue to recommend Habitation Realty to anyone buying a home!
