Alex gave me a call just a few hours later that evening, the office sent me an engagement letter the next day, I was going over my contract with Laura later that same week. Of course I reviewed the contracts myself, however I don't know what I don't know. On our phone appointment, Laura walked me through every paragraph to make sure I understood it all correctly and made sure to add in what I needed before sending a drafted revision. By the end, I was comfortable with what we drafted and I signed the contracts. I recently worked with her again, and the process was seamless. I had a very last minute opportunity and needed the contract reviewed quickly. I actually forgot to send her a copy of the contract ahead of time and sent it in minutes before our phone appointment. She was able to look it over anyway and we continued with our phone appointment as scheduled! We had our phone appointment on a Friday and she had the drafted revision back to me on Monday. I did not expect the turnaround to be so quick, but I am grateful that it was. The initial fee was $1200 I believe (I had 1 contract and a second smaller contract). It would've been a bit less if only had the one contract to go over. The second time I was given a discount as a returning client, around $800. Worth every penny in my opinion. All of my communication with Granovsky & Sundaresh has been pleasant and efficient. I'd absolutely recommend working with Laura. She's personable, friendly, and quick to respond.

The only options presented were to continue paying them to correct mistakes in their work--despite their already having the necessary information and documentation--or to close the matter and receive only the unused portion of the retainer. They had the opportunity to resolve this privately and chose not to. * My experience with Carol Crossett at Tully Rinckey was extremely disappointing and counterproductive. My 88 year old Mother and I retained the firm for a serious matter involving breach of contract, fraud, discrimination, and retaliation under NY Real Property Law § 223-b. Despite having all the necessary information, documentation, and a detailed timeline laid out directly in front of her, the draft demand letter I received was fundamentally flawed.  The work product contained significant, avoidable errors: it was addressed to an employee who no longer worked for the organization, failed to direct the demand to the correct corporate decision-makers, included factually inaccurate information, and omitted critical claims. Rather than producing the strong legal demand we retained the firm to prepare, the draft read more like an invite to a kid's roller skating party than a serious legal document. The worst part about this is the firm expected us to spend more of our money to correct the mistakes that occurred because the firm failed to review the materials they already possessed.  My interactions with Carol Crossett were dismissive and condescending. She refused to consider reasonable requests for property management reassignment--incorrectly labeling such a request as tortious interference--and minimized our concerns regarding accessibility, safety, and my mother's well-being with comments such as "this is not a nursing home".  Carol Crossett's legal analysis was also deeply concerning and disconnected from the reality of our living situation in Latham, New York. She incorrectly asserted that the parking lot was not a common area and suggested that sidewalk maintenance was the responsibility of the individual residents whose apartments they front, rather than the landlord. Incorrect. Ultimately, I did not receive the courteous consideration and/or the zealous advocacy we were promised. The firm's failure to properly review provided materials and their insistence on billing for a defective work product only added to an already stressful situation. We were left with an unusable draft and nearly depleted retainer. I cannot recommend Carol Crossett or Tully Rinckey. Run.

Currently 1 of 10 others. As a PROUD, Non-Binary and Homosexual member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I am writing to alert the both public and my community of my personal experience with the Bell Law Group. My representation throughout what would have been a two year contract; before I fired the firm For Cause, was met with a sudden and unprofessional lack of continuity that felt particularly egregious given my status as a protected individual during a period of medical, transitional, and overall life changing instability for nearly two years. I've since officially escalated this matter to the Attorney Grievance Committee, as well as the Mayor's and Governor's offices, to ensure accountability for what I characterize as an abandonment of professional duty, collectively. I have since secured superior counsel and am addressing all matters related overall, but I URGE others; especially those in protected classes (LGBTQIA+) to be wary of the potential for instability and disregard at this firm. This review is based upon my specific experience and factual experience with the firm and specific to my legal matters in particular through its representation from 2024-2026.

I don't know what I would have done without them and their professional recommendations and guidance! I would recommend working with Phillips & Associates for legal matters. I began following up with him in phone calls, left voicemails, and sent emails all of which yielding negative results with no communication back from him. I received a phone call from his associate attorney underneath him by the name of Samantha Solomotis, stating that he wanted to hold a call "to discuss the NEXT STEPS" with me via Microsoft Teams. Upon on the call, he kept coercing me to show myself, to him on camera, which I felt was not called for. Your not my employer and to arrange a Microsoft Teams call, to notify me that I had no case, that you didn't receive a response from the defense due to you admitting that you purposely did not send them a demand letter, he was hinged and was annoyed because of I kept following up with him. I will also be making a complaint against him since I have a witness who was present and overheard his whole conversation. Poor law firm all of their attorneys are careless and rude, you literally did not represent me zealously nor had my best interest. If you had no plans to file a civil suit, you shouldn't have agreed to work my case. He advised me as a client for me to file my own civil lawsuit against the company! That he was not going after the company since it lacked structure and it's not a Fortune 500 company! This law firm is predatory, they're sharks they prey upon and take advantage of those who are victims and sometimes make you their victims. I submitted all my evidence and they were in favor of the defense instead of their own client. Atrocious behavior. You repeated the same thing the defense did when I kept contacting them to advocate for myself.

From our very first conversation, Ari demonstrated an incredible combination of legal expertise, professionalism, integrity, and commitment. His communication was exceptional. I never had to wonder where things stood or what was happening with my case. Ari was incredibly responsive, always prepared, and made me feel that my case mattered to him personally. There were many negotiation steps throughout the process, and this is where Ari truly stood out. At every important decision point, he clearly laid out the best-case and worst-case scenarios, explained the risks and rewards of each option, and gave me his recommendation. He never pressured me into a decision. Instead, he made sure I had the information and perspective necessary to make the right decision for myself and my family. I trusted his judgment completely. Ari's command of employment law and his understanding of legal precedent were remarkable. He anticipated issues before they arose, understood the strengths and risks of our position, and approached every negotiation with a clear strategy. His preparation was meticulous and his work ethic was simply unmatched. But what I appreciated most was knowing that Ari was truly in my corner. He fought for me, he was honest with me, and he stayed fully committed from beginning to end. Having an attorney you can trust completely when the stakes are high is invaluable. I will always be grateful to Ari for how he represented me and, equally important, for how he treated me throughout the process.
