One was still under warranty, and the other was out of warranty by a couple of years. I stopped in at this service center, and the staff were very easy to work with. The process for the in warranty battery was simple and straightforward, and I received a replacement. The older battery was taken in and recycled. One thing to note is that replacement batteries do not receive a full new warranty. They are only covered for the remaining time on the original battery's warranty. Milwaukee tracks this through the email address they have on file.

I had a PACKOUT 15" Tote (48-22-8315) with torn interior pockets. At first, the warranty process was frustrating -- I was told to pay shipping or drive multiple states to a service center. It actually took me four separate emails before I was finally provided with a prepaid shipping label. That part of the experience was slow and disappointing, and I felt like I had to fight for something that should have been straightforward. The good news is that once the shipping was sorted out, the case was handled and resolved properly. Milwaukee did stand behind their warranty in the end, and I did get the support I needed. I still believe the warranty department could improve their process (especially with faster responses and prepaid labels from the start), but I appreciate that the issue was ultimately taken care of.
