These guys were great. Called and got a quote over the phone with a pickup scheduled for next day. They arrived ahead of their window and called me first to make sure it was OK. They were dead on with their quote, got the stuff (full size mattress, boxspring and frame) down from my 3rd floor apartment in as quick of a fashion as possible. They accepted payment by card and even waived their recycling fee for me as a first time customer. To top if off, the guys are very pleasant and nice. Matt and Greg came and did an excellent job. Both very professional. Took care of me and took care of all my junk. I did not have to lift a finger except point at the furniture. They were very professional and polite. The charges were very reasonable. Had a couple of things Extra they took it with no charge. They will clean up after themselves and you only pay for the truck space that you use. Bunch of the furniture goes to organizations as donation and some goes to the dump like mattresses. WOW is really all I can say - I posted my super last second emergency hauling need on Thumbtack and not only did Junkluggers respond immediately, they had a team at my house within a couple of hours and were done with the job in less than 20 minutes. My ratty old (dog pee) sofa wasn't eligible for donation but I love that they'll donate your goods (and send you the tax receipt) if your stuff is!
