My wife and I had been here before & it was wonderful so it pains me to write this review; friendly, cheerful waitress, great service & the food was delicious. Not so much this time. It was crowded but we got a table right away. It took about 15 minutes for our drink order to come out, but it was kinda busy. After about another half hour, one of our four meals came out; then it was crickets. Our waitress never came back to the table; no one else made eye contact with us. We saw at least a dozen meals delivered to tables after we got our one meal, but no other meals or contact with us. After 20 minutes of waiting for the other 3 meals we cut our losses and went to the counter and asked for the bill. A man (appeared to be the owner) brought the bill out & offered a half hearted apology but no offer to comp us for the drinks (it looks like they did not charge for the meal we got). I realize things happen, but had this man (manager?) just apologized for what happened & told us that we owed nothing I honestly would have been ok with it and not even taken the time to write this review. However that wasn't the case. Like I said, our previous experience was great, so here's my recommendation: If they are not busy I'd suppose you will have a great experience; if busy you might want to pass...

I was greeted by Michelle in the Tap Room aka "Michelle's Room" M-F I started with their Spicy Jalapeño Margarita against my 1st choice but on Michelle's recommendation. I have to admit as the menu states, it's a perfect balance of heat and zest. A great Margarita in my opinion. Michelle offered me chips and salsa, however I had my sights on the Queso Gringo, but she brought me a side of salsa so I could try it. BOTH filled with flavor, however I would have loved spicy chorizo in the queso! As it turned out, my next beverage was a Dos Equis Amber Especial and it was on happy hour from 2pm-5pm daily! I next moved to "The Caiman Margarita" which is their "signature" not to be confused with their "House Margarita" For my entree, I ordered the Burrito Texano Bañado. The árbol chili drizzle was so full of flavor! The portion was large enough to take some home so I could move on to another course. I chose the Dulce Blanco dessert with an espresso martini. Overall, my experience was great in a casual ambiance. I'm happy I discovered this on my day off, as it allowed me to relax and try many items. I recommend this to anyone seeking authentic Mexican and Tex-Mex cuisine!

There is a reason. I tried to order my steak tacos well done. You cant. Was told how it comes out is how you get it. Hmmm. We said we just arent ordering. We drank our drink And left. The other guy at bar wanted a chicken burrito with shredded chicken. Was told no, we will only do grilled chopped chicken. They do have shredded chicken. So he said steak. This place isnt "serving". They are telling you, we dont want to make any changes to serve your likes. I will go up the street to mia iguanas. Never a problem. Food is no different. Drinks no different. But, service is. Zero Stars!!!!!

Taco Lindo - East Naples, Florida…read more Taco Lindo is a small Mexican restaurant tucked into a shopping center in East Naples, and it's absolutely worth finding. Don't let the modest exterior fool you -- the food is outstanding. I ordered the American tacos, and they were superb. Fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned meat, and great flavor in every bite. Everything tasted homemade and authentic, not rushed or overly commercial. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming -- exactly what you want from a neighborhood Mexican spot. If you're in East Naples and craving quality tacos, Taco Lindo delivers. I'll definitely be back.

We were served warm chips and flavorful salsa by our server, and the Mexican coke I got was a treat. The menu has a good selection of breakfast options, appetizers, Mexican tacos, Gordita's, quesadillas, burritos and other favorites. The chicken chimichanga I ordered was served with a tasty cheese sauce, a side of rice, beans and salad. The salad has a generous amount of guacamole, so if you like avocados, you'll be happy. Hubs got the chicken burritos and after trying a sample, I have to admit they're good, but different from burritos covered with red or green sauce. Portions are large, and I really like the hot sauce bar at the table, you have a choice of a lot of different flavors to make your meal more interesting. Prices are reasonable and the restaurant is clean with a pleasant atmosphere. An enjoyable place to have lunch.

It was nice to sit outside but I think our server forgot about us for a while... The quesabirria and fajitas were very good, but everything else was lowkey a skip. Skip the queso dip, there's not enough chips, skip the à la carte tacos, overpriced for how small they were. Just kind of a bust with a good view.

We only wanted a variety of apps so she gave some good suggestions. She was attentive and efficient. The food she suggested: elote, very good! We did get the guac and chips too to use the chips with the elote. That was the problem. The guac was somewhat tasteless, but the chips were very bad. They tasted like they were made in old rancid oil and they make them onsite. They even smelled like old oil. We let her know and she brought a new batch. Still tasted bad. We suggested her to try them and she did and agreed they were not up to par. I felt the grease even coated my tongue. The cornbread was excellent. Because the chips were so bad we got the guac and rest of the elote to go so we can eat at home with some good chips. We got the bill and even though they agreed they weren't as good as normal they still charged us for everything. That is a problem. She should have had them take them off the bill. We still tipped 18% but that isn't good when they don't make it right. We may give them another chance but still charging males that less likely for sure.
