Dr Pham is by far one of the best providers the Joint has. The app is pretty disappointing where we check in the front desk girl was clear it doesn't matter to check in to the app. We've only requested or seen Dr Pham at this location that said we ended up waiting 40 min for Dr Pham because she advised the select the order after visually acknowledging. The whole seemed entirely too complex for what it is. Frustrating to check in with the gentlemen and then be told to make sure we check in with the girl to specify a second time who we're waiting for. Seemingly defeats the purpose of having mobile check in if the front desk team is unable or unwilling to leverage. We come for Dr Pham for chiropractic adjustments, which is the goal but would be a much better experience if everything worked as intended . read more

I purchased packs for myself, husband, and 3 kids. I came in to have an adjustment for my daughter who plays softball. I was told they expired. I was then given a contract that states this with someone else's signature where I should have signed. My son's name is even spelled wrong on the contract. I was told there's nothing they can do and I could not move my visit over to my daughter. Update: A few days after emailing management for help on this, we received our sessions back to be used within 4 weeks for myself, husband, and 2/3 children. A week after this I received a call and said my son's remaining session could be used as well. We have almost 3 weeks to use them all. I have already established our family with a chiropractor and am using our health insurance as the copays are less than the Joint. They were also able to get her seen for an xray and MRI today. If I could do zero stars I would. The receptionist made it very well know that the location had a scheduling issues kept referring every problem to her boss. Which she wouldn't give me the name. If you are a new patient and set an appointment, your time is not of value as walk ins come in will get the priority. The purpose was a new patient takes more time which I was in and out faster than existing patients. Thank filling the two gentlemen told the receptionist to take me first... which was an issue that drove her crazy. The treatment was more of a sale to get me to buy a package. The treatment was in the same level of having my wife walk across my back. Lastly the back doc made it known that being military I would only have to pay $19.00 today, the receptionist didn't know how to get the special which was even advertised. Bottom line I set an appointment and got put on the back burner. Time is valuable if you don't value your time by all means stop here. If you do value your time I'd recommend anywhere but here. Great place! Went here due to a pretty bad injury. So glad they were open on a Sunday. Receptionist was phenomenal, very helpful, explained everything, was able to provide other locations that would be near another Dr visit I had this week. Chiropractor was friendly and careful to explain everything even though I'm well acquainted with chiropractic care. I left feeling much better and able to walk mostly pain free for the first time in 4 days. We did the membership and it works flawlessly, used it at 3 different locations this week (i had a couple extra visits to help get over the injury) just scan and get called back. read more

I have received chiropractic care for over 35 years. This was the first time in my life that I ever left a chiropractor's office in more pain then when I entered the office. The treatment received aggravated my muscle injury that I had hoped to have relief from. I blame the aggravated muscle injury on the "one size fits all" treatment. If you have an acute injury this is not the place to go. The doctor should never have attempted to adjust this injury. Instead should have referred me to someone else. I was having really bad shoulder pain. I didn't want to take a full day off of work so this was my only convenient option. My pain got to the point here I couldn't even put clothes on properly. I hesitated to try this out but it was worth a try for $29 which is what I paid as the new patient special. I was assisted right away after filling out their new patient paperwork. I got a good crackin and I felt a significant difference right away but it wasn't until the next day that I felt the full difference. I was so happy! I recommend this place. read more

We are sad to see our long time receptionist leave, we now have new hires that don't know how to properly check customers in. Wait times are long, order of customers called is wrong and it leaves customers up set and yelling. I would try before you buy or go to another joint spot altogether. I've gone to the location on Apache Trail several times now. I've had very good experience there with both severe pain relief and regular maintenance. Different than my chiropractic provider in Indio, CA which gave more wholistic care but was also more expensive. The Joint providers still do a great job, no complaints and I appreciate their 'walk-in' appointments. I have to try and go more often for preventative alignments! read more

Nice job. Terrible ethics. Told them I don't use chiropractic enough to justify paying for six visits up front. They suggested I split the package with my wife. I agreed and the front desk receptionist told me they would have to check to see if my wife was a patient of record. She requested payment for the package. I gave them my credit card. After they processed payment, I asked if she had checked to see if my wife was a patient of record. She checked and then asked me if I would like to buy a package for her, too. I was puzzled and said that we were going to split this one like she had suggested. "Oh, you need to do that prior to submitting payment." Totally unethical. I was purposefully deceived by this woman. I'll use as many of my six appointments as necessary at other locations and won't be back. read more

READ BEFORE YOU SIGN. Check your card statements every month. They will not notify you via email of any receipt or any reminder to use visits you paid for. I had no idea I was being charged for 6 months. $79 a month and I'm out nearly $500 on visits I was unaware I was paying for. To cancel, you MUST go in person. No receipts or transactions will be emailed to you so you MUST have them printed out. Very disheartening because I enjoyed my initial visits and recommend Dr. Pham. But after this experience and their unwillingness to give anything in exchange (the contract, but terrible customer service) left a sour taste. I understand no refund, but no credit for visits? You just take money from me for 6 months without so much as an email? BUYERS BEWARE. READ contracts and your card statements. I truly appreciate the service they offer, but... We're in the middle of a pandemic. No one in the office was wearing a mask besides me. When Dr Robinson finished with his previous patient, he asked me to lie down on the same bed. He did not wipe it down. I had to ask him to do it. Started with them about 2 months ago and in that short time I have seen a great improvement in my range of motion in my shoulder that I injured. I will continue to use them for prevention care to keep my body running right with all stress I put it under with work and CrossFit. Both doctor are very knowledgeable at what they do and will not steer you in the wrong way. If you are on the fence with a chiropractor, give them a chance to help you out! Prior to cancelling my plan I stopped by this location a couple of times because of how convenient it was when on my daily commute. The first time I checked out this location was before heading to Jiu Jitsu and the chiropractor didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. Compared to the many other times I've gotten adjusted (at different locations) this time was just something else. Needless to say I walked in feeling a lot better than when I walked out. The second time I thought maybe it would be different, but it was no better. Walked out feeling iffy and unsatisfied. Dr. Katie is the best, most thorough and caring chiropractor I've EVER been seen by. Her adjustments are spot on accurate 100% of the time, unlike other dr's that "hope" they adjust you properly. Dr. Andrew at this location is amazing. Very insightful and gives great advice to help you after his adjustments. He really listens to your complaints and tries to relate to your individual issues. He's efficient with his adjustments but doesn't stick strictly to just a basic routine. Others I've experienced simply go through all areas that can be adjusted, not the specifics you mention. This location is an absolute hack. I can't speak for the doctor because the receptionist wouldn't let me get in. I waited 20 minutes while a woman tried to check in and had problems with Medicare. I Felt so bad for the woman in front of me as she was probably in her 80s or 90s and the receptionist was talking down to her about her insurance coverage and the patient couldn't understand why. I sat patiently waiting to be acknowledged as a man walked in a badger in and I approached the receptionist and said I just need to be checked in. I didn't have my keys so I couldn't check in and the receptionist replied with welk he's in front of you. Even though I spent a SOLID amount of time waiting. I then walked out and said this location is ridiculous to the receptionist. Can't say anything about the doctor but the receptionist is really mean to elderly and unprofessional. read more

I've had my account on a freeze due to the pandemic. I just received a call from them stating I need to unfreeze my account or they are going to cancel my membership. I had four paid session with them to use that I have now lost because I have not felt comfortable going back yet because I am high risk. I see person after person going in and out of there with no mask on. It's had to believe that they would not accommodate their clients and their needs during these unprecedented times. They are just out to make a quick buck with no regard for their patient's well being. And I find it highly unethical to not refund me the sessions I am owed. Would not recommend. read more
