I purchased a 5-session pass, and they refused to let me use my final session unless I updated my file and bought a new plan. This exact situation happened with my previous package as well. First time coming here. Was SUPER impressed and happy with my visit. The clinic was very clean and smelled nice. I didn't have an appointment (they do accept walk ins) but they still had me in and out fairly quickly all while addressing all my issues and taking the time to establish a relationship with me. The management company that has recently taken over daily duties is SHIT. First they "laid off" laymen's terms FIRED my favorite chiropractor-the one that brings in the most business (and made me feel great with adjustments) and only worked ONE day a week and every other Sunday. I've been there 4x since finding this out and every one of those 4x I've got a text message asking for a review.......Bruh, I've gone once a week since I moved here in 2012, this past month I'd say has gone severely downhill. They basically forced me to move locations bc they rotated chiropractors I know to different location (trying to make better sales #s? Nope. Your regulars figured out your game I'm sure) It has become very impersonal and constantly begging for reviews????? Just STOP, so damn annoying. Instead how about you learn my name & make small chit chat??? Oh yeah AND Katelyn (the rockstar) quit.......gone The chiropractors & front desk people are just fine. I've been meaning to check this place out for months. Super convenient, thorough and fast service. Dr. Paul is awesome! I will definitely return and signed up for a health plan. It is an open format so if privacy during an adjustment is your thing then this place probably isn't for you. The front desk girl is very polite and welcoming. I filled out the initial paperwork and was brought to the adjustment room. I had been having lower back for quite a while. Dr. Paul did a quick exam and gave me an adjustment. Wow! What a positive difference! The whole sessions lasted about 10mins. So happy I finally went in and will definitely be back!! read more

Super excited about getting an adjustment today. Especially with how these last few weeks have been in our lovely world as it transitions to awesomeness beginning in 2021. I filled out the 37-page new patient forms and sat patiently. I watched as a mother/daughter duo came in. I watched as three other people came in. I watched as another new patient went back to chat with the chiropractor. Then the receptionist said I would be 4th in line. Wait, I was here before any of the people minus the other new patient, and I'm 4th? Could she have told me that three people in, or two people in or just told me when I turned in the manifesto that I would be bumped to the bottom of the list? No adjustment, and no business for this location. I'm still looking for an adjustment so let me know of your chiro recommendations NOT at this location. read more

The good: Very friendly staff. Very affordable prices. If the reviews are accurate, this place works for most. The bad: I came in with much pain. I was very trusting that I would be treated with consideration and care (to be fair, I may have, but it was not the quality I was hoping for). The end result was sub-optimal to say the least. (it was quite scary actually) What happened: Without warming up my muscles or even diagnosing my issue beyond me stating how I thought I had a pinched nerve in my neck, the doctor started performing adjustments. Following the cervical adjustments, I become incredibly light headed, dizzy, then nauseous with extreme sweating. It was so bad the doctor handed me a trash can (Note: You are in an open room with other people around, I thought I was going to throw up in front of others, not that I cared about this at that moment.). When I finally got up from the table, I sweated so much there was sweat left on the table that had come through my jeans. When I went home, the pinched nerve feeling in my neck that I came in for felt mostly gone, but in its place was pain everywhere else in my neck. I couldn't turn my neck at all without excruciating pain. I couldn't bend over or look up either. Luckily my drive from The Joint was only about mile to my house so at least I got home safe. Later, my wife went out for a walk with our toddler, I stayed home with our infant trying to relax and recuperate from what I just went through. I decided to lie down on the floor to try and straighten out my back since I was so tired (physically) of being stuck in a bent over position. When I lied down, I once again experienced that same nausea, dizziness and sweating that I experienced at The Joint. This time however, I was home alone with our infant and stuck on the floor. Luckily my phone was next to me so I called my wife to hurry home from her walk and help. The dizziness, nausea and sweating eventually stopped and I was able to move to the couch. I contacted a friend of mine across the country who is a chiropractor. From what I can tell, the symptoms may all just be part of me but are definitely rare. The big issue we decided was the lack of proper diagnosis and warming up necessary to minimize unnecessary damage. Perhaps with a better diagnosis and preparation, all of the pain and fear I experienced would have been minimized or avoided altogether read more

Love this place. Fast friendly service and they get the job done. Front desk staff is always cheerful and happy and I love the doctors! Everyone always asks about my job so they have come to know and care about my well being. The doctors are very knowledgeable and known their stuff. It doesn't matter what ache or pain I walk in with they have been able to give me relief. Half the time they know where I hurt before I tell them. read more

I was so pleased with my experience there, AT FIRST. Natalie at the front was very nice and the doctor was also very helpful. I went in because my left ribs were hurting me, I was told I was going to get a full adjustment and he adjusted just the side that was hurting me and now , a couple days later, the right side of me hurts :((( I called to just like let him know that I was in pain on my right side but that my left Side felt better and he was very apathetic he told me I could come in for another "full adjustment" and pay the full price. I would suggest going to somebody who actually cares about your well-being and not your money. read more

Dr. Paul was amazing! This was my first time going to a chiropractor! She made me (and my husband who I drug there with me) feel so comfortable. She talked us threw everything! Did an exam before the adjustment and then when it came time for the adjustment she found things that I didn't even realize needed it! I will probably be sore tomorrow with all the popping and bending, but as of now I feel AMAZING! I signed up for the health plan and they offered me a discounted price since I'm a teacher. I highly recommend Dr. Paul! Also Lauren, at the front desk, was so sweet and helpful! She answered all my questions and didn't even seem annoyed (I'm one of those that as stupid questions lol) The facility is clean and open environment. I liked it be a public space. This is in reply to Alyssa S. and her comments. First of all your routine care prices are more expensive than the chiropractor that I am now seeing and I never said anything at all about your pricing so I am not sure while you would even mention this. Also,my chiropractor takes my insurance but if he didn't it would still be less than what The Joint charges. The same thing applies to the schooling as I never mentioned that in my Yelp. What I did say was that when you have three different doctors(lol) that give you three different answers ANYONE should never come back to that facility. Your reply to the x-rays is a joke as you say that your doctors are trained to read x-rays but you do not take them. So what am I supposed to do,get x-rays and then take them to you ? NOBODY THERE PERFORMED ANY NEUROLOGICAL OR ORTHOPEDIC TESTS ON ME BEFORE ADJUSTING MY BACK AND I HAVE A WITNESS TO PROVE THAT !!! As a side note one of the doctors(lol) told me this in reply when I ask him how often I should come... Well,the person at the front desk gets a commission when they sell a package so this is how often you should come and don't let them oversell you. This place is fantastic. Dr. Paul and the lady the front desk were both super nice and approachable and seemed like they genuinely cared aboutnehat was going on with my back. And the pain relief once I got in the back was almost instant. She definitely know what she was doing with the cracking popping and bending.
