Day of the appointment comes around I show up 15 minutes before to see if I have to fill out any paperwork. 9am comes around, and there is no sign of the chiropractor. He ended up showing up 15 mins late. And to my surprise there was no appointments, everything is walks in. That was never mentioned. So I went to go put my name down after the lady that arrived before me. Then a rude man with his daughter that decided to cut in front of me. Even after his daughter repeatedly told him that I had arrived there first, he acted like he didn't hear. I was like fine I'm 3rd in line, I'll just wait. After waiting for the people in front of me to finish, another gentleman walks into the lobby and right away gets take back to a room. Now I'm 4th in line. Keep in mind that each appointment is about 30 mins each. Once it was my turn, the chiropractor asked me if it was first time there. Which I responded yes. He then proceeded to tell me "Oo, I'm going to have you fill out some paper work. Fill it out and in the mean time let me help out the next person." This paper work should have been given to me at the beginning, not at the time it was my turn. At this point, I jumped to 5th in line. From being 2nd to arrive. I was super frustrated that he already had wasted 2 hours of my time, that I walked out without a service. I tried to prevent this by calling ahead and being proactive. Don't get me wrong, the chiropractor seemed like a cool guy but the way he runs his business is so unprofessional. Just wasted my time.
