Beware of the agreement you sign, despite the advertised packages. You may be enrolling yourself into a recurring monthly fee that you will not receive receipt of unless requested. Months elapsed for me to notice this and I was denied a refund despite there being no services rendered. Very deceptive and predatory business practices with a heavy lean-in to "contract you signed" while in pain. Ethics is important and I hope they remedy this. read more

Worst experience at a chiropractor. Consultation felt like two minutes. Then went home WITH back and neck pain and had to lay down on the floor for 30 minutes. I walked in this location on May 28th without a very long wait to be seen by a chiropractor. I wanted to get an adjustment because of some upcoming traveling that I would be doing. The location is very clean and the fact that it stays open until 7pm is a plus. I walked out feeling a great deal better than I felt when I walked in. read more

I've been using the excellent Dr Q over at the Grasslands Alpharetta office (and would occasionally see her at the Cumming office on Saturdays). She's very good! I fell a few weeks ago (doggoned GA clay-slime) and my neck is pretty wrenched. She was doing a great job straightening that out!) However, on a day she wasn't working, I really needed an adjustment, so I went to the Cumming office to see if a doc she had recommended was working. He wasn't. I asked if here was a doc there who used "the percussion device" (don't know, don't care, what its real name is...). I'm old and creaky and cranky -- and manual adjustments often hurt or are unpleasantly uncomfortable -- so the percussion device is my choice! Thankfully, Dr Boyer was working there, and he does have the device. Told him I preferred the percussion thingie; he said he'd adjust my lower back (which is always a problem) with the drop table.... So, I was mentally wincing in anticipation of the pain; he adjusted me -- NO PAIN! Amazing! (When I said this to him before I left, he chuckled and said, "35 years of experience.") He did a great job with my whole back and neck. So, I followed him the next week over to Johns Creek Town Ctr -- and will continue to go whichever office he is working at! (And if I need an adjustment when he's not available, I will absolutely go see Dr. Q!) read more

I love this place. It's cheap and it takes maybe less than 5 minutes. I go to get my back done and there's a little pain after the process, but after words i no longer feel pain until the end of the week. Plus, my breathing is improving and my shoulders are becoming level again. I also and slouching a lot less. read more

For the most part I find the quality of care at the joint to be inconsistent , I will usually drive farther distances to see a provider that delivers consistent care and adjustments. This was another case of I shouldn't of tried a new joint and kick myself. I brought my wife in whom was pregnant and having migraines from a sinus cold, as I knew adjusting would have a huge impact on her headache. It took a ton of work to get her in to a location near her dr appt. The Dr seemed very unsure and unconfident in treating her but went ahead and started the session. She only adjusted her 1 side without doing any diagnosis in any ROM restrictions that would warrant that ( the joint is not known for its diagnosis ) its fast food chiropractic. When she didn't finish the adjustment she was more concerned with us following up the next day for her safety. I said once you started the adjustment you should follow through and finish. My wife felt half adjusted and she refused to finish the session which was what I experienced as chiropractic bait and switch . She was more concerned with selling us another session versus finishing what we needed, when I called to clarify I said if this was really about her safety you would finish the session versus trying to sell a new one. My complaints were never followed up by the manager. This office seemed very slow and they seemed desperate for $ sessions. read more

He's helped with my sports injuries and necessary adjustments. They have onetime fees, monthly and discount packages. Easy no hassle experience when checking in. This location of The Joint has exceptionally poor service both from the receptionist and most of the chiropractors they have working here. The Joint at other locations, specifically the two in Cumming, are run much better. Stay away from this specific location due to poor service. read more
