I was sent a super user friendly new patient info packet that I was able to complete via my cell phone and get back to them quickly. The staff immediately acknowledged my completion of the packet and thanked me with a friendly note regarding seeing me soon as a New Patient. My concerns were lower back and neck pain, I came in with MRIs which both Chiros took the time to review before any actual adjustments took place. I was asked to return and when I did the beyond welcoming staff educated me on my plan which I then met with one of the Chiros to complete the plan of action to get me back in working order as working from home during the pandemic caused stiffness along with my neck and back pain. Regarding payment, insurance is accepted but mine was out of network so I chose one of the offered packages. They accept Care credit so that was also a plus for me. I've been seeing these Amazing Chiros for a couple months now three times a week and am beyond pleased with my progress. I have even started to attempt gym time since I am able to move with less pain and more ease. Both do a fantastic job aligning your vertebrae to release pressure that has built up on your nerves. For me, the issue is my neck and lower back. My treatment plan consists of a 40 minute problem area massage with a massage therapist working with the soft tissues in my back and neck to achieve pain relief. The massage is not as thorough as others I've had at other offices. Next, is the quick stretch and about 20 minutes or so of electrotherapy with a therapist. Lastly is the manual adjustment with the doctor. The staff is friendly. Nice seating area with TV's and magazines. They also have complimentary coffee. The office is big with many treatment rooms. At times, you are sharing the room with another patient. I understand that they are a busy practice but the bathroom needs paint and some cleaning. I have been very happy with the latest treatment I received from Dr. Cherry. He always has time to check in on how you feel, how the last treatment worked and to address and discuss any concerns you may have. He is a great listener and has impeccable bedside manner.

Last year, I unexpectedly passed out during an appointment and ended up being hospitalized for four days. Dr. Gena was incredible. She stayed calm, made sure I was taken care of, and genuinely cared about my well-being. I'll never forget how supportive she was during such a scary experience. I've also tried their SoftWave therapy, and it completely eliminated the leg pain I had been experiencing. I honestly wasn't expecting such a dramatic improvement, but it worked incredibly well for me. Another treatment I highly recommend is the trigger point massage. Estefanny is the absolute best! My job is very stressful, and I tend to carry a lot of tension in my muscles. Whenever I'm knotted up, her trigger point massages make a tremendous difference. I have been a patient of Markson Chiropractic for around 20 years, give or take. This is NOT a case of "jack of all trades, master of none". This practice is made. up of the best practitioners of their trade. They recently moved into a new, sprawling space, with lots of treatment rooms, services, rehabilitation services and more. It is a clean, bright, enjoyable place to be! I am a patient with chronic back pain, with bone spurs on my vertebrae and bulging and herniated discs. I do the spinal decompression and adjustment every time I go, which is every two weeks. I tend to see two of the doctors, depending on who is available on the days I go. Dr. Markson and Dr. Daner are friendly, efficient, professional and truly care for the comfort and wellbeing of their patients. Let's talk about front office. I have "fired" many a doctor because of a lacking front office, or apathetic patient care. This is NOT the case here. This front office is filled with friendly, smiling, helpful humans that have your wellbeing at the top of their priorities. This is a busy office - do not let that deter you. Jenn has been with the office for as long as I can remember, and is a shining beacon of "welcome" when you walk through the door.
